The most welcoming place we have been in Morroco, and the cleanest. Yousef knows how to offer authentic hospitality from the heart, and beyond expectations, really makes you feel at home. He pays attention to the detail, and treats you as a friend would do. Even the mesmerizing aroma of orange blossom as you enter the building makes you feel that the experience will be top quality! We loved the extra clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, lovely smelling towels, spotless bathroom, nice furniture and beautiful wooden carved ceilings. A modern riad, with beautiful details, modern amenities, good wifi in the room, good food, and an extra welcoming and helpful host. The riad is in a peaceful area, located next to the desert if you want to just go and explore on foot. I totally recommend and would happily go back.

We reached at Merzouga around 4:30 pm. The camels were ready to take us. They have another hotel here, where guests can take rest. It’s nice. However our camel took 1.5 hrs to reach the camp. On the way to camp we enjoyed the magnificent Sunset. They served the dinner at 7:30 pm. Food was truly amazing and delicious. After the dinner the campfire started. The Moroccan culture and the songs were so soothing. After the night no one should miss the splendid Sunrise. We checkout after the mouth watering breakfast.

The camel ride was very enjoyable, offering amazing views of the dunes and the surrounding desert. After the ride, the food at the camp was simple but delicious, warm, and fresh, which made the experience even better. It was nice to relax, eat, and enjoy the calm atmosphere of the desert.

They will even pick you up and return you at/to the ERH Airport, which is where I suggest you start your Sahara Desert Experience. The guided camel ride into the camp at sunset is a spectacular unique adventure experience. Safe and comfortable with unlimited photo opportunities. The camp tents are well appointed and maintained. The food is spectacular and unique each night. The soups are especially sublime. Make sure you have the manager take you on a guided tour of the Dunes, Fossil beds, and the local Berber Communities. Fascinating to experience the up close view of how these communities have thrived in the Sahara for thousands of years. Honesty, the one of the best adventure destinations on the planet! Staying at Dunes Clave was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. Our host, Moha, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—he is not only extremely hospitable but also very well-organized, which made our stay feel effortless and stress-free. The location itself is absolutely magical. Nestled far away from the noise and distractions, it feels like a hidden sanctuary in the desert—a little heaven where time slows down and all you hear is the calm silence of nature. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and recharge. The food deserves a special mention. Without exaggeration, it was the best food we had in all of Morocco. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with such care that dining became an experience in itself. Sharing meals here felt authentic and warm, making us feel at home even while being so far away. What stood out most was how relaxing everything felt. Whether it was sitting under the stars, enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings, or simply having tea in peace, every moment at Dunes Clave was pure serenity. I stayed one night at Aurum Dunes Luxury Camp and had a great experience. The tent was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the desert views were beautiful. A peaceful and unique place — highly recommend!

The highlight of our Moroccan journey was the one night we reserved at Merzouga Desert Camp. The personnel is excellent, and the breakfast and dinner are amazing . Among the things we reserved was a one-hour quad bike ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Without a doubt, we will also suggest this camping trip. The quad excursion was worthwhile. Thank you 🙏

Unique experience in Merzouga desert. The Sahara Ayour camp offers us the best service, the food and clean tents, everything is incredible and perfect, 💯 they speak several languages, when we arrive at the parking lot 🅿️ we start the camel ride and it is good time to see the sunset and many photos of sand and camels, we arrive at the camp and they welcome us with tea and sweet cookies, dinner and music 🎵 from the area, we would like to come back soon with more days in this quiet place and good friendly people, Thank you
