The hotel is absolutely stunning and every member of staff we came into contact with was fantastic.

Excellent hotel. The view over the port is amazing. Location is exceptional. The restaurant on the 6th floor is really nice, food and service is above expectation and we had a good party. Really worth for the money.

In the center - perfect location

No tea and coffee cups, only paper cups do not fit a hotel of this class.

Great room. And clean and nice pool

Everything. Most importantly the fantastic staff. From parking the car, the wonderful restaurant and bar staff, the concierge and the people who service the rooms. Everyone smiling and laughing. Sharing a joke. Remembering your name.

The hotel is perfectly situated just moments from restaurants like Avenue31 and Sass Cafe. It's also a short walk to Casino Square etc. The rooms, lobby and all outside areas, including pool and private beach were spotless and well maintained daily. All staff were quick to offer assistance when needed. On checking out, we were a few mins late leaving the room, and instead of the customary phone call to the room stating 'checkout time is....', I was politely asked if I 'could advise roughly when I would be leaving the room', which was a welcome change. I had mentioned in correspondence with the hotel that I was.celebrating my daughter's birthday a few days early as a surprise. Within minutes of walking into our room, a small cake was sent up to wish her a happy birthday! Another little courtesy that didn't go unnoticed was on the TV Welcome page. it welcomed my daughter to the hotel, though the booking was clearly in my name. On leaving she said she would love to return again next year!
