High standards, attention to details, location, private beach, very nice restaurant but mostly the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and all the way to the beach. We would like to mention particularly Luka and Miodrag from the restaurant staff among a very good bunch and also Vladimir the beach waiter was particularly attentive and dealt with every situation in a very friendly way

Booked two rooms for myself, my friend and our kids. We were welcomed from the very first moment by incredibly pleasant and professional staff. The hotel itself is very cute with nice decor, the kids tested the gym, the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi - to their hearts’ content! The breakfast was AMAZING, the beds very comfortable and rooms had a nice panoramic view on the sea and the mountains.

We liked the attitude of the staff the most - very friendly, accommodating. Answered all our questions, told us where to go and what to see, even gave us an umbrella when we drove to the beach. The room was very clean and nothing bad can be said. The view of the room was on the mountains - very beautiful. Breakfast - excellent, only the coffee could have been better, but that's a matter of taste. It was possible to park the car for free. Good location - 5-10 minutes to the beach and restaurants. The nearest shop is a 2-minute walk away.

It is very comfortable and luxury

I will start from the absolutely amazing and beautiful location, when in Ulcinj the old town is the place you want to be, everything is close and the old town is one of the prettiest we’d been to, then the hotel itself is like from some dream, it really makes you feel like you are staying in a castle, the decor perfectly fits the vibe, it is very clean and equipped with all the amenities needed, it has a terrace that will take ur breath away every time, we loved spending time there, looking at the city and the sea, really have no words to describe how beautiful it was. Last thing that made our stay the most enjoyable is the staff, Dženita was there for all questions and enquirers, she helped and provided all that we needed, she is one of the kindest people we meet😊 we will surely recommend it to all our friends and family and if we ever come back to Ulcinj this will be the place we stay! Also the breakfast was delicious but could be a little fuller with more options, but no complaints.

Excellent stay at Lazure Hotel, it was raining the majority of our stay so we made full use of the leisure facilities and restaurants. All of the staff were fantastic throughout the hotel, nothing was too much trouble and they even arranged a late check out for us. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice each morning, tried both restaurants and great food and service in both. Loved the spa area, the pool and changing rooms very clean and we had several beauty treatments each which were reasonably priced. Taxi to Herceg Novi around €4-6. Great stay and would definitely return
