From the moment we arrived, the entire staff, including the hotel manager, Natasa, made us feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. Special thanks to Teodora who went above and beyond – providing us with helpful information, checking and booking activities for us, and always doing so with a smile. The location is perfect, the quality and design of the hotel are outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We were even upgraded to a stunning suite, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly personal touch. We'll definitely be back!

Guest reviewThe hotel was just stunning! Everything was so incredibly beautiful - the decor of the room, landscapes, the super atmospheric spa area. The room was extremely comfortable with its large bed and luxurious bath room, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations: both the quality and selection were superb. The staff was also exceptionally helpful and very nice. All in all, this is a place I was sad to leave behind.
