Exceeded All Expectations! Our overall impression of this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The renovation is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, everything feels brand new, and the interior design is excellent. The hotel is located right on the seafront, with its own private beach and incredibly comfortable mattresses on the sun loungers – a real treat. What impressed us most, however, was the service. People make your business, and your team is outstanding. The reception staff are welcoming, polite, and genuinely open – they made us feel safe and at home in a new country, as if we were long-time returning guests. The staff don’t focus on restrictions or limitations — they look for solutions. Everything was done to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From organizing activities to helping us navigate the area and even assisting with parking — this was by far the best hotel staff experience we’ve ever had. The restaurant service is also exceptional: adaptive staff, wide food selection, and superb attention to guests. You truly feel welcomed and valued here — like you genuinely matter as a guest. We are beyond impressed, especially with the people who work here. You are a real team, and the incredible level of service is thanks to you. Well done!

Very cozy and peaceful little hotel with friendly staff. The view from our room over the city to the sea was beautiful. The possibility to have snacks (e.g yogurt and fruits)throughout the day was very useful to us. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything, the hotel, the staff is amazing, food…

I will start from the absolutely amazing and beautiful location, when in Ulcinj the old town is the place you want to be, everything is close and the old town is one of the prettiest we’d been to, then the hotel itself is like from some dream, it really makes you feel like you are staying in a castle, the decor perfectly fits the vibe, it is very clean and equipped with all the amenities needed, it has a terrace that will take ur breath away every time, we loved spending time there, looking at the city and the sea, really have no words to describe how beautiful it was. Last thing that made our stay the most enjoyable is the staff, Dženita was there for all questions and enquirers, she helped and provided all that we needed, she is one of the kindest people we meet😊 we will surely recommend it to all our friends and family and if we ever come back to Ulcinj this will be the place we stay! Also the breakfast was delicious but could be a little fuller with more options, but no complaints.

I really liked the hotel. It is new, located in a quiet area, and has a large underground parking lot (yes, it's paid, but that didn't bother me as parking spaces in Budva are very limited). I would like to especially mention the very responsive staff and the magnificent breakfast (the best breakfast I've seen in hotels). I'll also write some suggestions for the hotel (these are not drawbacks, just small opportunities for improvement): 1. Make it possible for guests to open the parking barrier themselves (yes, the hotel staff opens it quickly enough, but still). 2. Replace the bar soap with liquid soap as it sticks to the sink and has to be peeled off :) 3. Add more towel hooks in the bathroom. Once again, I want to emphasize that these suggestions in no way spoil the excellent impression of the hotel. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Montenegro.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Everything looks new and perfectly maintained. The rooms look exactly like in the pictures on the booking. Free parking. This hotel has 4 stars but in fact it has 6, the fifth star is the hotel dog and the sixth and biggest star is the guy who works at the reception and with whom you feel like home after one minute. We will definitely come again.

Everything was perfect – the service was outstanding, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. From start to finish, every detail exceeded my expectations.

Great hotel, and excellent staff - particularly the receptionist Jana made us us feel very welcome. Room was nice and spacious, and the beach club across from the hotel was great with special service for hotel guest. Generally very large daily selection of both buffet and ala carte for breakfast, and a nice spa!
