Very big, modern hotel with excellent facilities in a stunning lakeside location. Beautiful infinity pool with a bar and poolside dining. Fine dining in the penthouse and a busy lounge bar in the spacious entrance atrium. Busy with weddings and parties which were colourful and fun to watch. Exceptionally helpful staff when one of our cases was late to arrive. Flexible too, waiving the day visitor fee so that our family could join us by the pool. Magnificent breakfast buffet incorporating many different Asian cuisines as well as western standards, best I’ve ever seen. A bit of an oasis in Yangon.

I liked the hotel. The room is large, everything is clean, breakfast is normal. There are problems with electricity, like everywhere else, but the hotel has solar panels and a generator. Not very good wifi. The staff is wonderful - they organized boat and car excursions to Pindaya and helped us buy bus tickets to Bagan. After visiting this hotel, I now think that the main wealth of Myanmar is the people of this country.

There has never been a better time to stay at the ParkRoyal Hotel. The breakfast has 'awesome' choice catering for Asian and European tastes. The rooms are super comfortable and the staff so kind and helpful. And, all of this on a budget price.

I had an exceptional stay at Mercure Hotel in Yangon! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. The service at the reception was outstanding, efficient, and professional, making check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, my experience at Mercure Yangon was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and delicious food.

Excellent breakfast cooked to order plus fruit pasties yogurt juice and very good coffee Food at restaurant for dinner very good .. proper pizza oven .. fresh sea bass .. choice of steaks Staff very friendly and helpful Main attractions are walkable Nice style and design to hotel

All was perfect! Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of dishes, room and bed were comfortable, location is convenient. Next time in Yangon I will prefer this hotel!
