Hotels in Macao

it was our first time visiting Macau, and I believe we stayed in one of the best hotels. The reception team was very attentive—whenever we asked for directions, they would offer to personally take us there. Mr. Kurt assisted us during our stay, and we were very impressed with his service.

My stay was amazing thanks to the welcoming and helpful staff, especially Noemie Duron. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The hotel itself was fantastic with beautiful rooms and great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you to all the staff for making my experience so memorable!

Located in the heart of Macau, with excellent access to Galaxy Macau. The night view is beautiful and the building is new, stylish and clean. The staff were attentive and I was impressed by the handwritten messages. It was a great stay!

It is really one of the best hotels, with an Extraordinary design of the rooms and supplements.

Everything was top notch, from ultra modern look and facilities to super friendly staff and concierge. You get a box of fresh fruits and a mini bar with most of the stuffs in it free (beers, soft drinks, biscuits, capsule coffee, etc). They were refilled with every house cleaning 2 happening 2 times a day. You can pair up your phone to the room speakers and enjoy your own musics. The room speakers will create a sort of immersive experience. The room has 2 tablets. With each of them, you can control lights, curtains, blinds, tv and you can order food, get info, etc. All in all, i can say sofar, Morpheus is the best 5 star hotel that i have ever been to.

Proximity from the ferry! Beautiful place with great staff services. the lunch and breakfast was amazing !

Very closed to the City Center of old Macao, perfect connected to public transport, a lot of sightseeing can be done by walk, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Freshly renovated hotel provides a unique melange of old Chinese design and newest techniques in the rooms. Would come back and recommend it to friends.

Staff were fantastic - especially the young lady who checked us in but the bar staff were also great. The room was clean, comfortable, massive and had a great view. The bed was huge and the free drinks in the minibar are a really nice touch. The hotel is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride from the colonial old town and the Strip.

Great staff, even if there's a bit of language barrier they are very accommodating. Facilities are clean and modern, bed's comfortable, toiletries are provided. Location is near the HZM Bridge, so it's just 3 stops away via bus. It's not walking distance to major tourist spots, but the bus system's great and there are multiple bus stops in the area so it's easy to get around. I wasn't able to try the free breakfast but it's great that this is available.
