Hotels in Macao

it was our first time visiting Macau, and I believe we stayed in one of the best hotels. The reception team was very attentive—whenever we asked for directions, they would offer to personally take us there. Mr. Kurt assisted us during our stay, and we were very impressed with his service.

Exceptional service, superb staff, everything was perfect.

The room was big, comfortable and we had an amazing view to the "Eiffel tower". The hotel has free shuttle buses to the city centre, airport and main ports.

Gorgeous room, great service at the reception, lots of things to do in the Studio City hall, from shopping and eating to the casino. Also very close to the Parisian, Venetian and London hotels each with their own malls, casinos and other things to do.

Everything was just perfect. The team is very co-operative They arranged complimentary set-up for our anniversary. They changed the room to high floor cotai view as wished . Very smooth check in . One of the best hotels I have ever had . Thanks Joseph. Thanks Jackly.

We were upgraded to a suite which was stunning. Spacious room. Excellent products given in the room. Gorgeous view. Felt like a queen in a palace.

the extra touches from the staff Although, could be a bit more sharp at breakfast, but all in all they were good. Great quality linen but you would expect that from 5 star property and the warm toilet bowl great 😁

Super welcome in this hotel, nice facilities, big and comfy room. They even have a choice of pillows! We went to the pool and spa, very nice! Good shuttle service to the casino area and the harbour

Really good value 5-star hotel in Taipa (if you don't mind not being on the Strip). Rooms are huge and modern, pool and health club facilities are fantastic, and staff were super helpful. Part of City of Dreams/Studio City group, so there are free shuttle buses to those casinos, and Taipa Village, which has lots of cute old school restaurants, is about 15 mins walk away.

Exceptional service! It’s by far the best hotel experience I ever had. Front Desk staff named Kent was so professional and accomodating. I liked that he has patience and put extra mile for assisting us during check in. I was celebrating my birthday and surprised that I can get a birthday cake from the hotel as goodwill gesture. That’s amazing! Location is awesome (near MTR station). Food and facilities are next level! I will definitely recommend staying at Grand Hyatt. 10/10

Location was absolutely perfect. Stuff was helpful with information given and calling taxi every time I needed. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Why is this a 2 star Hotel? No idea. Maybe the standards are slightly different in Macau. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful - thank you Hilario and colleagues (if I remember, the other lad's name started with S). The room was BIG and nicely decorated with personality, super comfy. Great value for money and pretty good location, within walking distance to public transport, major attractions and casinos in Macau island. There's a MONSTER gym in the basement accessible for guests as well, seriously, probably one of the best gyms I've ever been in terms of gear (55kg barbell ahahah), and not crowded at all. Perfect 10 without even thinking.
