Beautiful rooms. The location is very close from outer macao port. Our sea view room actually had an amazing view. The in house restaurants are also good. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Staff was polite and sweet. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

I liked everything! The scale and intimação of the buillding. I know the place for 30 years, since it was the former Mandarim Oriental. I have stayed in this hotel before and only can say it did'nt loose any of is caracter. The resort wich did not exist when the hotel was built just next to the waters of the "Porto Exterior", is a superb adiction built on reclaimed land. If not the best, is sure one of the most beutiful in the territory, with its lusch tropical gardens exquisitly entertained. The lobby and the Café Bela Vista, reminding the historic hotel veranda in the buillding wich is now the residence of the portuguese consul, are also amongst the musts of this outstanding, already classic hotel.

breakfast is OK, but location is very good near Light Rail Station. MGM and Londoner are nearby. It's very convenient to access to ferry terminal and airport by LR train.

We had a really great time here. The staff are all very friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. They responded to our requests very rapidly and were very helpful, and always with a smile. Our room on the 4th floor was so pretty and clean. The location is equipped with everything you need. Definitely come back again!!

There is nothing else to say when you know the elevated standard of the MO. Each detail is taken care of, just as an example I left my glasses on the table in the room and when back I have found them cleaned and on a MO branded cloth for polishing them. It's a small gesture but it tells everything about how great this hotel is. The room was just as big as an apartment, equipped with everything you need and you can think of. Kevin at the reception made sure we had our best experience granting us with a late check out at 15:00. The location is convenient, located at around 30 mins walk to the city center and only 8-10 mins taxi to the area of the casinos. Breakfast is amazing, everything is fresh and cooked in front of you with a great variety between sweet and savory. A stay to remember!

Perfect hotel having its own style. Breakfasts (optionally) can be arranged in the neighboring Harbourview hotel.

Very close to the centre, with plenty of restaurants/buses/places to visit. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back next time.

The view is fantastic. Sea, beach, balcony. I will come back again. Decorations, chinas in the first floor, free breakfast, service, all of them are nice.
