The hotel ist excellent. The room was spacious and very comfy, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the location is great for visiting the region, very quiet. We loved this place and would highly recommend staying here.

The building is a refurbished house with European interior design. Everything is clean and tidy. Bus stop to major sightseeing spots is just a few steps away from the hotel.

The hotel is very small and you really feel pampered and looked after. The decorations are very attractive and functional to the guests' well-being.

The rooms are very tastefully done. I highly recommend the room with jacuzzi! The staff is super nice!

Location, bathroom, refreshments, daily cleaning, room size and enough space for clothes. All in all superb accommodation .

-The location is great, close to the bus stop, restaurants, shops and Mellieha bay -A food was amazing-both breakfast and restaurant dinner. -Self check in/check out -Excelent staff, very friendly- we would gladly come back anytime and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta :)

Belcony Hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and carefully tidied up every day, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, full equipment (even separate washing and drying machine in each floor), kitchen and a lovely little balcony. The owner Luke is truly amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and had no issues whatsoever. The hotel is in a perfect central location in St. Julian’s, right next to the 24/7 grocery store (Spar) with great prices, very convenient! Air conditioning in the room made our stay super comfortable during hot days. Luke, especially thank you for giving us a late check-out, it made our last day and night flight home much much much easier and enjoyable. Everything was simply excellent, and we wholeheartedly recommend Balcony Hotel to anyone looking for a 10/10 TOP stay in Malta. Without a doubt we’d choose this hotel again!

Good, spacious, clean room with everything that you need (they even have a towel for makeup removing). Super-friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast (we didn’t expect) with beautiful view, good assortment and tasty food.
