This place is at the top of my list! I loved the rooms—everything is new and beautifully done. The AC works perfectly, the WiFi is fast and reliable, and the staff is absolutely superb. The island itself is charming, the smallest in the Maldives, with a breathtaking beach. I was lucky enough to witness baby sea turtles hatching—an unforgettable experience! If you're looking for a true escape, totally away from the chaos of big cities, this is a little piece of heaven.

We had an amazing stay. The whole team of dive and sleep made everything easy. The room was great, with a lot of space, nice bathroom and also an outside space where we could sit in the night or let our wet clothes dry. The food was delicious, they prepared us breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with fresh ingredients and delicious fish. The dive experience was everything we could hope for and they made it very easy, with great preparation. We saw whalesharks, turtles, mantas, sting rays, white tip sharks, grey reef and many more and everything went smooth! The whole team was very nice and helpful at all times. The island itself is a little paradise. I can 100% recommend it!

The rooms are just as beautiful as shown in pictures and also provide a yoga mat and a beach bag. The whole building feels really spacious, bright and open and has its own Bikini beach area right in front, where you can just hang out or go snorkeling or stand up paddling. You get daily updates about weather, tides and activities. Even if the island is really remote and luckily not touristy, you can pretty much do any activity like snorkeling trips, fishing trips, dolphin cruise etc, all carefully prepared and done by the owner Ismail himself. On top of that there were complimentary activities done by Ismail such as house reef snorkeling and short thematic walks, so you could truly get to know the island and Maldivian culture. The island itself is also just super beautiful. With only a small village, half of the island is pretty green jungle and the bikini beach area spans across a wide part of the island. You cannot walk all around the isla nd, which makes it perfect to have nice little isolated beach areas to yourself. Also the house reef of the island is amazing with so many different fish - it’s just a dream for snorkeling. If you are lucky you can even see Manta rays right from the beach or from the SUP. What really makes this place special is the people who go above and beyond so that you can have your perfect holiday - from fresh coconut right from the tree or amazing chai tea, to organizing trips that are not regularly offered. Everything is great at Ecoboo. We really enjoyed. The food is very tasty. Nature is beautiful. The beach is very convenient and near. Special thanks to Ibrahim, who helped us. Everything was great. We will definitely return to Ecoboo to stay here again.

I had the most incredible birthday at Bageecha Stay! The rooms were absolutely spotless, with a lovely fresh scent and everything feeling brand new. The service was top-notch – personalized and thoughtful at every turn. The food? Delicious and beautifully presented! One of the best parts is the ability to choose between local Maldivian dishes or European cuisine, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The island is the perfect size for exploring, with clean beaches and stunning ocean views. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out right before my eyes. The highlight of my stay was taking a boat trip to a deserted island, which turned out to be the most unforgettable experience. It was peaceful, beautiful, and truly magical – a once-in-a-lifetime moment! For those who love to explore, the resort offers bicycles that you can take and ride around the island. It’s a fun and relaxing way to see every corner of this beautiful place. Everything at Bageecha Stay is designed with attention to detail. The rooms were cleaned regularly, ensuring everything stayed fresh and pristine. They even have special branded beach towels, which was a lovely touch and added to the luxurious feel of the stay. Another unique feature of the resort is the sight of planes taking off – a fascinating experience that makes for amazing photos! The transfer from the airport was very comfortable – we were greeted upon arrival, and everything was handled smoothly. Thank you, Bageecha Stay, for an unforgettable birthday! We had such an incredible stay!!! The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive and helpful all the time. We went manta snorkelling most of the time. The beach in front of the hotel is also great to jump and have a swim with the snorkel. Great bed and good breakfast (we even had Maldivian food!!!). We'll come back for sure! This is the 5th time we were in Maldive and among all local hotel that we had been through, Belmar beach gives us the best experienced. Below are the reasons: 1. The hotel room & toilet were clean and very functional - I would give a rating of 9 out of 10. 2. We have a beach front room and was very convenient to the beach with beautiful view and lots of privacy, the beach was clean and not even dry leaves, (everymorning there will be cleaner cleaning up all the dry leaves) - 9 out of 10. 3. The in house reef was also another plus point, without the need to travel any place further and we get to enjoy our snorkeling - 8 out of 10. 4. Everyday , we enjoyed our lunch and dinner there because the hotel has a very good chef. We are not easy to be please with food but for this chef , we give a thumbs up - 10 out of 10. 5. Activities - we went for lobster hunt and we had 2 lobster plus 1 fish catch for our dinner. we went for sunset fishing trip and we caught 19 fishes in 2 hours. They knows exactly which is the spot to catch the fish, so Sunset fishing is a must go activities, likewise for Lobster hunting. and we have 4 fishes for our beach front dinner , which was a surprise arrangement by the hotel staff - 9 out of 10. 6. The island is very well located , as most activities are not too far away from the island and that make it convenient without having to take hours just to reach the activity location - 9 out of 10.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at a family-run guesthouse on five different islands in the Maldives, and we can confidently say that the guesthouse we stayed at was by far the best of them all. Not only was the service and hospitality exceptional, but the island itself was a true paradise. The beautiful nature and stunning beaches were truly breathtaking. The crystal clear water and white sandy beaches were like something out of a postcard. We spent many hours exploring the island and its surroundings, taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and the lush vegetation. The island is surrounded by coral reefs teeming with colorful fish and marine life, which made snorkeling a highlight of our stay. We were lucky enough to see mantas, dolphins, sharks, sting rays and many more fascinating sea creatures during our stay. The snorkeling and diving opportunities were truly exceptional, we even came close to seeing a whale shark by an hour but unfortunately missed it. But what truly made this family-run guesthouse stand out was the exceptional personal service provided by the staff. The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were always available to help with any requests or questions we had, and they truly made us feel like valued guests. A special touch to our stay was that we were served breakfast and lunch directly on the beach (different spots) which made our experience even more special and memorable. In short, if you are looking for a Maldives vacation that offers the best of both worlds - exceptional service, beautiful island, stunning beaches, amazing marine life, and a family-run atmosphere - then this guesthouse is the perfect choice. It was hands down the best stay we had on the whole Maldives, and we cannot recommend it enough.

The place is really nice! We didn't expect to be already picked up from the air port - this was the first very nice surprise 🙂 The staff is more than friendly, they do absolutely everything to make you happy. They help you in all the needs you have and we felt always so welcome! The rooms are very comfortable and really nice looking! Everything is very clean and also the area where you can eat looks so pretty 😊 the food is good and especially after diving it's nice to have lunch in the Royal inn 😊 Also when you have early morning dives, they prepare the breakfast for you even at this time. Nirmal is awesome, so friendly, funny and just the best! We can recommend this place from the bottoms of our hearts! It always felt so nice to come after a long day back to the Isle Royal inn Thank you for really everything!
