Hotels in the Maldives

We just came back home and wondering from where to start this review. Rattehi Inn at Rakeedhoo absolutely went above all our expectations. New hotel with best staff and management who treat you like a family member. Hotel manager Niya lives the hospitality and will accommodate every request you ask. I hope we were not too demanding but literally what we asked it happened, from the tours off the island, special celebrations, additional dining options, everything. Menu in the restaurant is not long at the moment since they just started but we heard about plans to extend it a bit. Nevertheless, all meals prepared by the chef were wonderful. Buffet breakfast great as well every morning. Waiters Daminder and Eric and Houskeeper Baboo are kindest people we met, hard workers but always with sincere smile. Island by itself is the smallest inhabited in all Maldives, however there are a lot of options around and we are already making plans when we come back what to do. For the end if you are checking pictures of other islands, reading experiences of other people about Maldives or having any doubts just stop, nothing can be compared what Niya and his team can do here to make your vacation wonderful and make you sad on departure day, but with strong wish to come back again. This hotel is really amazing which deserves my 5 stars review and honestly, the staffs were so cooperative and nice. (Manager, Chef, Server, Receptionist especially) We were given a free delicious lunch when we arrived and assisted us all throughout. They are all friendly and well informed about everything in the island. The room is really great with a wooden-dim ambiance and a cute little coffee garden behind. The room comes with an espresso machine as well. The food were all 5-stars which really surprised us. It exceeded our expectations as every meal were so delicious and served like in a 5 stars fine dining restaurant. Everything in this hotel were amazing aside from this wonderful local island. I strongly recommend this to everyone, solo, group, couple who would like to enjoy the serenity and beauty of Fulhadhoo Islands in Maldives.

I have had a wonderful stay at dive and sleep guesthouse. Middho and his staff are amazing, really kind and are trying to make the most out of your vacation! I have seen a lot while diving and the underwater world was magical. If you are coming to the Maledives to dive and take some time of this place is perfect for you. The island is really small, so don’t expect other tourist or shops, but this was something i liked! The rooms are pretty, really clean and the bed was really nice and big! I could definitely recommend this location to others!

This hotel was absolutely stunning! The interior design is incredible, with attention to every detail, creating a beautifully stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were all fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The restaurant upstairs was also amazing, offering delicious food in a lovely setting with great views. The absolute highlight though was two very cuddly cats that chilled in the hotel’s lobby area! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful, magical place with staff who always go that extra mile to feel yourself special. It was our First time in the Maldives but definitely will go back and our choice will be again the Ecoboo. the facility is new. rooms very large, very clean and comfortable. bathroom mega large. I visited 3 islands, but the food in this place was the best. very good and tasty, I was impressed. service incredibly nice and polite. every request was fulfilled. thank you for your help. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

This is the 5th time we were in Maldive and among all local hotel that we had been through, Belmar beach gives us the best experienced. Below are the reasons: 1. The hotel room & toilet were clean and very functional - I would give a rating of 9 out of 10. 2. We have a beach front room and was very convenient to the beach with beautiful view and lots of privacy, the beach was clean and not even dry leaves, (everymorning there will be cleaner cleaning up all the dry leaves) - 9 out of 10. 3. The in house reef was also another plus point, without the need to travel any place further and we get to enjoy our snorkeling - 8 out of 10. 4. Everyday , we enjoyed our lunch and dinner there because the hotel has a very good chef. We are not easy to be please with food but for this chef , we give a thumbs up - 10 out of 10. 5. Activities - we went for lobster hunt and we had 2 lobster plus 1 fish catch for our dinner. we went for sunset fishing trip and we caught 19 fishes in 2 hours. They knows exactly which is the spot to catch the fish, so Sunset fishing is a must go activities, likewise for Lobster hunting. and we have 4 fishes for our beach front dinner , which was a surprise arrangement by the hotel staff - 9 out of 10. 6. The island is very well located , as most activities are not too far away from the island and that make it convenient without having to take hours just to reach the activity location - 9 out of 10.

We were with a child and stayed in the hotel for a week. The hotel staff is wonderful, any issue is resolved very quickly. Husham Poky and his marine team is just a dream team! The manta safari was great and unforgettable! The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach. The beach is clean and very nice. The reef is very close and the snorkelling is very convenient - diverse sea life! We took full board and it was the right choice, all the meals were delicious and adapted. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely come back !

The place is really nice! We didn't expect to be already picked up from the air port - this was the first very nice surprise 🙂 The staff is more than friendly, they do absolutely everything to make you happy. They help you in all the needs you have and we felt always so welcome! The rooms are very comfortable and really nice looking! Everything is very clean and also the area where you can eat looks so pretty 😊 the food is good and especially after diving it's nice to have lunch in the Royal inn 😊 Also when you have early morning dives, they prepare the breakfast for you even at this time. Nirmal is awesome, so friendly, funny and just the best! We can recommend this place from the bottoms of our hearts! It always felt so nice to come after a long day back to the Isle Royal inn Thank you for really everything!
