Small,local island with one new great hotel. Owner was very nice and was take care for us like in 6star hotel. Every day fresh fish ( we caught ir alnost every day ) Very quite place great for relax and enjoying local atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay. The whole team of dive and sleep made everything easy. The room was great, with a lot of space, nice bathroom and also an outside space where we could sit in the night or let our wet clothes dry. The food was delicious, they prepared us breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with fresh ingredients and delicious fish. The dive experience was everything we could hope for and they made it very easy, with great preparation. We saw whalesharks, turtles, mantas, sting rays, white tip sharks, grey reef and many more and everything went smooth! The whole team was very nice and helpful at all times. The island itself is a little paradise. I can 100% recommend it!

We recently had a pleasure of staying at Isla Retreat and we were truly impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. It was clear that the owners have thoughtfully considered every aspect of guest comfort. The room was equipped with everything that each guest might need – from a small refrigerator and air conditioning to high-quality toilet articles. We were also pleasantly surprised to find yoga mats and a beach bag, which showed how much they care about catering to a variety of guest needs. We cannot mention enough how comfortable the bed was! The room itself was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, offering a great balance of comfort and style. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and we even got a small excursion of the island. Another great feature was the cleanliness. The room was cleaned twice a day, which kept everything fresh and tidy during our stay. The food was delicious and well-prepared, though we would suggest expanding the menu a bit for more variety, especially for longer stays. That said, every meal we had was flavorful and satisfying. The Bikini Beach on the island was quiet and secluded, making it a great spot for a peaceful getaway. The calm atmosphere and beautiful views made it a perfect place to relax. A big thank you to the wonderful staff (Aku, Putu, Ismail, and all the other guys whose names we didn't catch) for making our stay so enjoyable. Your warmth and attention to detail truly made a difference, and we look forward to returning!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The hotel’s facilities were impressive as well. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning with a wide variety of fresh options. The location was perfect—conveniently close to the beach but tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which was provided when I left the hotel. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, comfort, and amenities made for a truly memorable experience. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

This is the 5th time we were in Maldive and among all local hotel that we had been through, Belmar beach gives us the best experienced. Below are the reasons: 1. The hotel room & toilet were clean and very functional - I would give a rating of 9 out of 10. 2. We have a beach front room and was very convenient to the beach with beautiful view and lots of privacy, the beach was clean and not even dry leaves, (everymorning there will be cleaner cleaning up all the dry leaves) - 9 out of 10. 3. The in house reef was also another plus point, without the need to travel any place further and we get to enjoy our snorkeling - 8 out of 10. 4. Everyday , we enjoyed our lunch and dinner there because the hotel has a very good chef. We are not easy to be please with food but for this chef , we give a thumbs up - 10 out of 10. 5. Activities - we went for lobster hunt and we had 2 lobster plus 1 fish catch for our dinner. we went for sunset fishing trip and we caught 19 fishes in 2 hours. They knows exactly which is the spot to catch the fish, so Sunset fishing is a must go activities, likewise for Lobster hunting. and we have 4 fishes for our beach front dinner , which was a surprise arrangement by the hotel staff - 9 out of 10. 6. The island is very well located , as most activities are not too far away from the island and that make it convenient without having to take hours just to reach the activity location - 9 out of 10.

I had the most incredible birthday at Bageecha Stay! The rooms were absolutely spotless, with a lovely fresh scent and everything feeling brand new. The service was top-notch – personalized and thoughtful at every turn. The food? Delicious and beautifully presented! One of the best parts is the ability to choose between local Maldivian dishes or European cuisine, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The island is the perfect size for exploring, with clean beaches and stunning ocean views. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out right before my eyes. The highlight of my stay was taking a boat trip to a deserted island, which turned out to be the most unforgettable experience. It was peaceful, beautiful, and truly magical – a once-in-a-lifetime moment! For those who love to explore, the resort offers bicycles that you can take and ride around the island. It’s a fun and relaxing way to see every corner of this beautiful place. Everything at Bageecha Stay is designed with attention to detail. The rooms were cleaned regularly, ensuring everything stayed fresh and pristine. They even have special branded beach towels, which was a lovely touch and added to the luxurious feel of the stay. Another unique feature of the resort is the sight of planes taking off – a fascinating experience that makes for amazing photos! The transfer from the airport was very comfortable – we were greeted upon arrival, and everything was handled smoothly. Thank you, Bageecha Stay, for an unforgettable birthday! Great location - walking distance to diving shops by harbour & plenty of good restaurants Amazing staff - so friendly, accomodating and helpful. We loves the staff at this place! Room was good - aircondition doesn’t make a lot of noise, hot water in the shower and comfortable bed. The yard where you have breakfast is so cozy and peacuful. We would come back any time!

This hotel is more that you could wish for your stay in Maldives. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great food, all in all, the service is the best. I totally recomend it.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at a family-run guesthouse on five different islands in the Maldives, and we can confidently say that the guesthouse we stayed at was by far the best of them all. Not only was the service and hospitality exceptional, but the island itself was a true paradise. The beautiful nature and stunning beaches were truly breathtaking. The crystal clear water and white sandy beaches were like something out of a postcard. We spent many hours exploring the island and its surroundings, taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and the lush vegetation. The island is surrounded by coral reefs teeming with colorful fish and marine life, which made snorkeling a highlight of our stay. We were lucky enough to see mantas, dolphins, sharks, sting rays and many more fascinating sea creatures during our stay. The snorkeling and diving opportunities were truly exceptional, we even came close to seeing a whale shark by an hour but unfortunately missed it. But what truly made this family-run guesthouse stand out was the exceptional personal service provided by the staff. The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were always available to help with any requests or questions we had, and they truly made us feel like valued guests. A special touch to our stay was that we were served breakfast and lunch directly on the beach (different spots) which made our experience even more special and memorable. In short, if you are looking for a Maldives vacation that offers the best of both worlds - exceptional service, beautiful island, stunning beaches, amazing marine life, and a family-run atmosphere - then this guesthouse is the perfect choice. It was hands down the best stay we had on the whole Maldives, and we cannot recommend it enough.
