Everything was great. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The room was spacious and with a nice terrasse and an outdoor shower. Breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was superb and Alex the manager really took care of us!

Absolutely amazing property, worth a stay in itself just to see it. Really feels like you've stepped back a few hundred years. Huge choice of really nice rooms all wonderfully decorated in the original style. Wonderful host and really helpful staff. Ask to tour the property and see the Pulque making room if you can

The wifi was very fast, the staff was very helpfully The decoration of the hotel was awesome, and the breakfast was incredible at 3:00 o clock am

The place is so beautiful, charming and comfortable, but the beds have a special mention adorable! Also it is peaceful you can really rest here, you can have some time for your own

The couple were wonderful, helpful in every way. The hostess gave us hot water for tea in the evenings which we enjoyed in the bar area, the host escorted us into town to a restaurant for dinner on the first night, showed us Lovers Alley and took lots of photos. Parking was secure. Also, we asked for eggs on the last day for breakfast which she kindly prepared.

Located very close to La Mirador/“Mannys” beach, which we loved for exploring the tidal pools-especially at low tide-and great sandy sections for swimming. Much less touristy and crowded than Sandy Beach area. Property is adults only (yay) impeccably maintained, super clean. Staff were genuine and truly made us feel like we were family. (Kudos to Efron who helped us order in delicious local fare). . Jill’s bar for outstanding live music super close, too.

The staff Leonardo was extremely helpful and made ourvstay very comfortable The food at thebrestaurant is extremely good, we have travelm around the world and this place meets all the high standards. we will come back for sure Thank you

I have come to Tulum many times and this is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are extremely spacious and well designed, the outdoor bathroom with bathtub is AMAZING, and the tiny details are so well thought out . The staff from the moment I walked in were so welcoming and friendly and attended to any request I had. The hotel is brand new and has a beautiful pool and a very tasty restaurant on site. I would highly recommend and from now this will be my hotel of choice when I return.
