Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Fantastic location in the Imago Shopping Mall. This meant that there were abundant coffee shops and restaurants only minutes away. Vinah and the team made us very welcome, ensuring that we had no problems. The availability of the laundry service was an unexpected bonus. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathroom was fantastic. All things considered, this booking could not have been better. Thanks Vinah!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing recommendations for places to eat and visit were given. I am very grateful to the lady serving breakfast on my last morning who made my breakfast quickly and to-go because I was in a hurry to catch a train. The hostel was very clean and organized. Laundry was available, and there was even a hanging rack. Towel for shower was provided.

If you need a place to rest and to recharge, this is the place to be! You will not only find a second home, but also a second family! I have never stayed in a place with such lovely hosts, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had an accident and was really glad I stayed with Mommy and the Captain! The rooms are clean and cosy and the beds super comfortable. Everything is working fine, from the WIFI, TV, aircon, to the shower. Really pretty garden and nice pool to cool off. If possible, I would give you guys a 100! :-)

The hotel is a gem, a historical building with large comfortable rooms. It’s a retreat. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive.

The staff are attentive to the comfort and well being of the guests at all times, they always responded to our messages instantly. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of useful information on what to see and how to get around. The room was very clean and very well located, close to KK Waterfront and the markets. It is also very convenient that there are several shops, supermarkets and laundry facilities next door. Highly recommended in all respects.

Beautiful hotel located in the center of Malacca which makes it very convenient to visit the city. Rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. Hotel is very nicely decorated, a bit of stylish British block and white style. Staff very friendly.

This hotel is fabulous beyond description. If you have a plan to go to George Town, there's no choice but to stay this hotel! Not only beauty of architecture, but also spirit of staffs are super great. I was very imgressd by their mind as a successor of the culture.
