Almost everything. The place is beautiful, clean, and new. The staff was nice, smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. They were doing karaoke with the guests in the evening... Looks like a good atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The view from the room is amazing. It's a quiet place beside a few boats in the morning. The lunch and dinner were good, seemed homemade and fresh. The shared and open area is very nice, with a slide to the water and a net to rest above the water. A bit pricey but I really recommend it.

AMAZING! It was the best guesthouse while our Trip through Malaysia :) The Captain and his wife we're so friendly - we had good talks and good food too! The Captain invited us to a cultur Dinner and a nice evening. Unfortunally we stayed only for one night, but it was the best night wich we could have asked for! Even Lip's dream came true and they organized him a durian Fruit. Sooo kind! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our bed was very good and soft. We slept very well. The Captain's wife (Mommy) helped us to get a taxi to the Airport. We want to come back again as soon as possible! We loved it so much! Kind regards Sa and Lip 🙋🏼‍♀️🇩🇪

This little historical boutique is amasing place to stay.Full of antiques, fantastic location , where you can walk everywhere around the beautiful World Heritage Listed Georgetown. The staff will always go out of their way to help. AiTees knowledge of the amasing local food places to visit, and her knowledge of all the best places to shop , made you holiday even better.

This hotel is fabulous beyond description. If you have a plan to go to George Town, there's no choice but to stay this hotel! Not only beauty of architecture, but also spirit of staffs are super great. I was very imgressd by their mind as a successor of the culture.

we loved the decor- smart, stylish, chic with luxurious touches. it’s location was handy - on the quieter side but within walking distance to key spots. the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Ray in particular was outstanding. He helped us work out which attractions to see in what order and where to go to for lunch. the breakfast was lovely - a great selection of local and western food. our room was gorgeous! the bed was so comfortable. my daughter is still raving about the soft duvet!

The staff were amazing and so helpful and welcoming from the moment we stepped it. Everything is so personal and comfortable. The breakfast is cooked by the owner every morning. The cocktails are amazing. The rooms are incredible. Everything is so intentional in the hotel. But It really is the staff that make it though, they are all so kind and helpful and friendly. The two gorgeous cats are a bonus!

Everything most specially the warm staff and extra care you will experience. Truly a high end quality. The view is spectacular 3 iconic towers in one site view. Amazing

Lovely clean and comfortable room and brilliant communication throughout the stay. Staying there again when we are back in Kota Kinabalu and very happy that we are! Lots of nice touches such as the air con being put on prior to us arriving to make the room lovely and cool after a hot journey. Great stay 👍
