Almost everything. The place is beautiful, clean, and new. The staff was nice, smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. They were doing karaoke with the guests in the evening... Looks like a good atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The view from the room is amazing. It's a quiet place beside a few boats in the morning. The lunch and dinner were good, seemed homemade and fresh. The shared and open area is very nice, with a slide to the water and a net to rest above the water. A bit pricey but I really recommend it.

It is a little away from the city. Warm service, very impressed, delicious food.

It's a wonderful place, very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. A large swimming pool and friendly hosts who treated me to dinner)) A very pleasant experience of staying in Captain's Cabin Resort. Thank you Captain!

Definitely worth it to stay there. Very clean and so many little personal touches. I stayed there twice, first time the shower pressure wasn’t the best (still okay), but second room had very good pressure!

Staying in a charmingly beautiful heritage bungalow is a treat in itself. The old mansion has been restored to its original design. The decor is stunningly beautiful. The location too is pretty central. The rooms are big and comfortable. Apart from the fact that you’re staying in a heritage mansion, what makes it better is the impeccable warmth of the hosts, in particular AiTee. She was so generous and kind! The afternoon tea and the breakfast served was also excellent

My stay at Else Hotel was my best one so far! It’s clean, its new, its grand. It’s calm, its relaxing and not to mention the decorations the interior was beautiful. I stayed for 4 nights in the Mantra room, and it was just nice for a single person. I had the meeting room to study and work, it was cosy, quiet and conducive. I loved it so much. I had the breakfast there everyday and it was immaculate. Ordered the mango yoghurt pudding granola thingy and I was hooked on it and repeated the same order every morning ! Else Hotel, if you could send me the recipe for that at shiuyin1030@hotmail.co, that would be amazing. I have been trying to replicate the dish at home and I just could not get it right. The chicken pokey ball dish I ordered for room service was heaven too, the chicken was made sous vide style i believe, then charred, was the best best combination to the entire dish. I really had a good time. Definitely will come back. <3

The mansion is incredible, the restauration is magnificent. The atmosphere is very special, every object has history. Very large room with modern equipment Very good breakfast Spécial mention for the restaurant, we enjoyed very much the vegetarian menu.

Beautiful hotel located in the center of Malacca which makes it very convenient to visit the city. Rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. Hotel is very nicely decorated, a bit of stylish British block and white style. Staff very friendly.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Langkawi. Choosing Baba Boutique was the best decision. It’s a hidden gem tucked away on the strip. The design of the property was immaculate and in a pristine condition. It was aesthetically pleasing and refreshing. What made the trip more pleasant and memorable was the staff there. Their hospitality was brilliant and we felt at home. Staff at the Baba Boutique were welcoming and accommodating. We were given one complimentary mocktail each day which was refreshing. I’d like to give a special thanks to staff Ket, who looked after us and made our stay heart warming. If you’re a cat lover this place is definitely for you. They had two beautiful cats named Chanel and Miew Miew who I spent a lot of time with. The location of the property is convenient as it is located close to the beach and has an array of brilliant restaurants to choose from on the strip. Our favourite has to be the Orkid Ria. Beautiful restaurant and the food was impeccable. We were given options of tours to join which we enjoyed. The island hopping tour was fantastic! I’d like to say our stay at this property exceeded our expectations.

Host super responsive and helpful, we booked additional night and they prepared the room way before check in so we didnt have to wait and could move our stuff early and still have whole day to explore.
