We had an excellent stay at this place. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with everything we needed like booking safari, renting scooter and booking our bus and dropping us off. The food was delicious too, we ended up staying there most nights for dinner! It was about a 10 min walk to the riverside walking by other hotels through the paddy fields.

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome drink. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect place to unwind after 10 days trekking. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and spoke impeccable english. He helped us with every request and provided helpful information. The rest of the staff followed this example and did everything they could to facilitate our stay. They include a complimentary use of the cable car, which we used to watch the sunrise in the morning. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with a/c and beds were really comfortable with good quality bedding. Since the property is on the hill it has amazing views of the surrounding area. The food is more expensive than in Lakeside but it was delicious, we particularly enjoyed the range of curries and local dishes. They have a good spa facilities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym. Which we enjoyed using between our visits to lakeside.

Being with this family in Barang was the highlight of the trip to Nepal, even more so than the trekking. Staying with them offered valuable insights into real rural life for the Nepalese and the challenges they face. I was involved in some of the daily tasks such as milking the buffalo, harvesting rice and gathering grass for the animals: the family were extremely hospitable: I was shown around the village, taken for a swim in the river and asked to join in the dancing and the football (play stopped by bus parking on the pitch!). A wonderful 3 days.

The time at Mr. B's was just awesome! When you visit Mr. B's it is more like family than being a guest! They were super friendly and helped us where they could. With the amazing guides we did some trips (jungle walk, jeep safari,) Mr. B organized for us.We saw tiger and rhino and big group of elephants.Also the food was the best I had ever in Nepal. And the accommodation is just amazing: Nice room, a beautiful garden, the river and just 2mins walk to the entrance of the National Park. Mr. B's place is definitely worth going to! I just HIGHLY recommend going there!

The mountain views from this little gem of a hotel are magnificent. The touches in the modern, spotless and comfortable rooms make you feel like a welcome member of family. I ate several times here over the few days we stayed and everything was fresh and delicious especially the freshly baked bread at breakfast. We will return without question next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We would get freshly prepared local Nepali food which was absolutely delicious! They have a wide selection of authentic local food to choose from. If you're in the right season, you can also get to try some fresh local honey! The location of the homestay is great, it is very close to the entrance of the national park. We had a great stay here, and had some incredible wildlife sightings (Rhinos, elephants, tigers, hornbills) thanks to the sharp eyes of Tek Bahadur (fondly called Pappu). Will definitely come to visit again!

It’s a very new hotel that just open 2 months ago. Every equipment is new and convenient. Very good location in thamel and can easy go out for shopping, massaging and for food. The staff are nice and welling to help.
