Tena korua Marie raua ko Ronnie Everything Marie is exceptional she keeps the place running smoothly and clean and tidy. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the cooked meals are huge enough for two meals. Swimming and location beautiful, accomodation spectacular views and Marie so insightful placed me at end bungalow. Ronnie organized the tours who picked me up at pontoon literally around the corner. The most memorable was taputapuatea Marae highlight and Faaroa river ride Havana tours uplifting nga taonga tuku iho o nga tupuna. Also Ta'aha tour Vanilla, Pearl and Rum farm and bonus snorkeling coral reef mama also whipped up a kete and potae for us to take home from coconut leaves. Absolutely all! This hotel is a Top of the Top!!! Absolutely stunning location, breathtaking views, new and modernly equipped bungalow really exceeded our expectations (even greater than on photos)!!! The grounds are so tastefully presented that makes this beautiful island even more unique!!! This hotel is really the best in Bora Bora!!! Stay only there!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Absolute dream set up at the Niu Beach Hotel! The rooms were amazing, the views spectacular, the equipment (kayaks and bikes) were fabulous, and we just had the best stay.

Location was excellent. Kitchen facilities were great, lots of fridge space. Coffee in the morning was as bonus. Lots of parking. Kayaks were fun. Snorkeling was great. Lots of room in common areas.

We had an amazing stay there, the owner and all the staff were super kind and available all the time. The lodge is really cozy, the room has everything we need, and choosing between having breakfast in the room or in front of the pool was absolutely nice. The breakfast itself was delicious! How they treat you and the constant good mood and smiles make the difference. They helped us with external problems. As I said, always available. Even though we did not request a transfer from the port to the lodge and they picked us up anyways, they organized everything for us to go to the next step of our trip and so on. We had an amazing journey, loved everything about the lodge, and are absolutely grateful to them! We'll for sure go back there in the future.

My stay at Maitai Lapita was an absolute highlight of my French Polynesia trip. The hotel and bungalows are beautiful and have a very authentic feeling to them. The little beach and restaurant have the best views of sunset over Raiatea and breakfast was great. What made is most amazing was the extremely hospitable staff, especially Vaea, who was extremely helpful and organized very special activities for me. Her kindness and warmth will stay in my memory and I would love to come back one day :)
