Virly and Javier were very accommodating hosts. We felt very welcome and they took the time to chat with us and explain the local culture and island life. We booked their hotel (gorgeous bamboo finishings throughout) while we were on the ferry and it was one of the best locations we stayed at during our 2-week trip in the Philippines. The only thing I'd indicate for improvement is that it was a little tricky to find - perhaps a signage before the dirt road to the resort would help travellers find their way to this little slice of paradise. The accommodation is very well. Nice swimming pool and (because the owner is from Finland) there is a sauna. It's free to be used. The food in the restaurant is nice and for a good price. And....if you wish you can have your beer in a frozen glass!

Absolutely incredible experience! This place is a true gem, perfectly located right on the beach, making every moment feel like paradise. The on-site restaurant was so accommodating and willing to make any dish vegetarian for us. The staff were beyond friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Huge shoutouts to Adita, Arial, and David who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back one day! This was, hands down, the best place we've stayed in the Philippines. Everything is very well thought, with the chillest vibe. The room is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Staff is super friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, super quiet and very close to Lio beach, and a handful of restaurants. We've rented a scooter to drive to El Nido town, which is an easy 15-minute ride. Also, the hotel provides transportation to the town for the island tours and to/from the airport, free of charge. I totally recommend staying here. I don't really have a negative point to declare, just the breakfast could be included in the price. It is very good, but it's a little expensive, adding to the room price that is not cheap already.

I stayed 10 nights with a friend who had their own room. The accommodation is lovely and the hosts , Ruby and Yuan were amazing , answering any and every question no matter how big or small. Breakfasts were healthy , fresh ,and tasty , make sure you let them know what you want the night before. We came to surf and their local knowledge and insights were invaluable. The location is quiet but still able to access all you need . We truely had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay and the hosts deserve to have good peope share their lovely home.
