Great rooms and food in the evening was lovely. I would maybe just suggest adding some of the amazing local fruit to the breakfast options that are included.

Good location base for backpackers and hikers while in Skardu. Proximate location to restaurants, shops and necessities. Naqeeb is very accommodating, friendly and can connect you with local guides or provide information on some hiking destinations, especially in Barah Valley where he is from. He is knowledgeable of the surrounding area such as restaurants, best shops, transportation, etc. Also stayed at this same place after a multi day hike to Moses Peak. Went to Astore for a few days and came back here before my flight out of Skardu.

Lovely stylish hotel, extremely comfortable with amazing attention to details. Also has a gym even though they don't mention it. The sheets were incredibly soft and also loved the pillows. All the food was delicious and special mention to the barista who prepares the best Americanos.

We stayed for 4 days from Nov 8-11, 2023. Facilities were absolutely great. Staff was very helpful. I booked Deluxe room. It was comfy and elegant. Heater is available round the clock. Warm water is also available all the time. I would recommend this place if you want to have a comfortable and hassle free stay. Room : 10/10 Washrooms: 10/10 Warm Water available. Clean washrooms. All basic necessities were available. Wifi : Yes (Good Bandwidth) Breakfast: Yes (Complimentary. It was good. ) Lunch/Dinner: Didn't try. We mainly wanted to try the local shops nearby. Staff: Excellent. A person was always available at reception. Super helpful and polite people. Transport: We requested the Hotel to arrange a car for 3 days. We didn't had to worry about transport. They driver kept connected on the phone, picked us from the airport and guided us for each days travel in a very professional manner.

I’ve stayed in many serviced apartments, but this one really stood out for the value it offers. For the price, the facilities were beyond expectations—a fully furnished apartment with housekeeping, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent security. The apartment was larger than a typical hotel room, and the location inside a premium mall meant we had endless dining and shopping choices right at our doorstep. It’s rare to find this level of comfort and convenience at such reasonable rates. A true gem!
