I received a room upgrade, staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. Kashif was very accommodating as were all staff I encountered. The manager also went out of his way. Great cafe next door as well.

Great rooms and food in the evening was lovely. I would maybe just suggest adding some of the amazing local fruit to the breakfast options that are included.

Nice and central located place in the heart of Skardu. Naqeeb is a very friendly and accomodating host who will do everything to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Every part of the property was aesthetically pleasing. Love the interior and the design. Appreciate that the twin bed was also really huge and that a deluxe room size is big.

The luxury suite is very luxurious! Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, great shower, couches, refrigerator and dining table and chairs. Aircon/heating. Everything works perfectly. There is a kitchen available for use and an excellent restaurant with delicious meals and room service. The staff are kind and helpful. They can advise the best places to see and there is a fabulous car and driver available to hire. We loved our stay!

The property was nice and clean

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and it was magical. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and designed with such attention to detail. The large glass windows gave us breathtaking skyline views at night, making it feel very romantic. We ordered room service for dinner, and it was served beautifully right to our door. The location near shopping malls and fine dining restaurants made it easy for us to enjoy the best of the city without any hassle.

The food was just amazing, and I was satisfied with all of the facilities and services there.

It was wonderful experience thanks to friendly staff especially Guest Relations Manager and their colleagues. Our flight was at late night and they provided late check out till the time I needed and that helped a lot to reduce my fatigue during long flight. Thank you again! Meals in the restaurant were also delicious for foreigners, too.
