Beautoful green parc close to Hohenau centre. Spacious and very clean room with good beds and shower. Nice staff. Walk around among green fields and some animals like cows and tapirs and birds (behind fences). Big swimmingpool. (We had rain in october and did not swim).

In short it is in fact one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, stylish, elegant superbly furnished and with lush trees in the garden, a nice pool and everything made in a kind of history way and with proper service both for dinner and at breakfast one could NOT ask for more. They surely do Paraguay proud in my view and this is a fact!

We are a retired, well travelled couple and have stayed in many places in many (mainly Northern Hemisphere countries over the past 40+ years. We have stayed in Castles and 5 star hotels but this hotel was definitely the classiest venue with its grandeur, history, culture, artefacts, decor and stories. It has many wonderful bright spacious areas inside and outside. We swam in the clean clear pool and sat in tree-shaded areas. Would like to have used the tennis court but it was too hot for me & I hadn't brought suitable shoes. The breakfast was splendid with a variety of wonderful fresh juicy fruits, a buffet of hot and cold savoury and sweet items and omelettes cooked to order. A wide selection of delicious breada and cakes. All the staff were so kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Hard to believe that all this was available for USD $86 for 2 including breakfast!! The people were very welcoming, anything we needed was readily available to us. The location was beyond great, 2 blocks away from the nicest mall and the apartments were impeccable!

Norma offers her house and garden (with pool) for guests in a prime area of Asunción. Breakfast is offered. Parking was also offered within the walled space around the back (with control for gate).
