Fantastic hotel! A truly beautiful, spacious, and comfortable place—more like "apartments" than hotel rooms, which is exactly the concept. The view is amazing, and the staff is exceptionally professional. The pool and spa facilities, including the hot and cold bathtubs, are excellent. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.A special thanks to Raj—by far the most professional and kindest person we've encountered in his role—along with Shaima, Anjalika, and Rihab, who were all extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming!

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was also very close to the metro. The staff were super kind and helpful. When in Qatar, I wouldn't mind staying here again. A shout out to Soukaina at the front desk. When she learnt it was my birthday she got me cake and a card. Golphin at the travel desk who was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure we had a blast at the sand dune bashing.

I have stayed at this property twice recently, being intransit both times. While it may seems that it is not located in an immediate proximity to the city's landmarks, the hotel boasts all the features of the most valued brands while offering unbeatable rates coupled with an outstanding degree of service. Literally everything is of top-notch quality here and one can be confident that it is the place to be. Some very rigorous reviewrs may note that if switched to a maximum, A|C may be a bit noisy; that there might be a problem with a guestroom door lock (like we experienced once) or that the room service may forget to serve you the ordered mil for your morning coffee but mind you, those are well offset by the staff's genuine hospitality and cordiality, and their painstaking efforts to immediately rectify such minor failures. so, check in and check out are swift and seamless; the room is mostt confortable and spacious and - importantly!- very quiet; breakfast is abundant and well served in the room (our stay fell on Ramadan, so we could only eat it in the room); all the facilities are new and incredibly clean; the overall ambience is just amazing; the staff is most efficient and supportive (at this point, kudos to the reception team, including Muhammad, Michelle, and their colleagues, as well as Rishab, an F&B manager); taxis are available within 5 min upon the call, the on-site korean restaurant can cater for one's special request to the best of their ability; a small restaurant cluster 5 min on foot (near Dusit2 apartments) provides for a sound alternative to the Korean and Pan-Asian meals on site....In other words, one can trily have the most enjoyable time at this hotel.
