A lady from the staff called Jharana was at desk reception she was amazing she made our stay unforgettable coz she helped us a lot. And a man called Rafik as well was super nice my son forgot his sweat at the lobby so he took it and kept it in our room .

My experience on Alwadi was extraordinary!! Everything in this hotel is designed to make your experience perfect. Location is super close to everything, Waqif souq is 3m walk. the staff really friendly and helpful. Clean room big and comfortable and the hotel amenities are stunning! One of the best breakfast buffet I have in my life!! Highly recommend 👌

Our experience at the Mandarin Oriental was fantastic.

It was short couple break which was planned last minute. We decided to spend it in Qatar, but in a quiet area far from city centre and diplomatic area . Although The OQ was attractive logo, there were only few reviews that can help to make a decision to stay there in such special break, but the price and photos of high floors and sea views were attractive… and thanks God the reality was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with that lovely smile, warm reception and chat from Sufian, Hajar, Yasin and all the guys at the entrance associated with big wows about the OQ decoration and beauty. The team choice of our suite 1103 was another story started from the spacious area,balcony sea views and the suite’s decoration and ambiance completed by special warm and gentle welcoming card, complementary sweet tray and red flowers bouquet from the famous name in hotels’ hospitality Chole Chlala (The OQ GM) which took our breath away:) Mr.Rashaunt’s touch for the red flowers on the bed, Ms. Prushanthani housekeeping team leader added some special warm feelings as soon as we entered. Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff, well located, and a lot of options for food & beverages. A special mention to Tariq at reception and Abdullah at breakfast, who contributed to making my stay very enjoyable.

This hotel deserves the highest score, everything is perfect, the rooms are super large, the pool is cozy and the restaurants are super of quality, The employees are super friendly. who is not satisfied in this hotel they are better stay at home.

Breakfast was fine. I like good brewed decaffeinated coffee, which was hard to find all over the region.

Very clean and spacious room. The food was delicious and excellent service. The staff was very polite!
