Staying at this hotel truly feels like living in a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and outstanding hospitality, especially from Mr. Ramesh at the reception. Each moment spent here was a continuation of that dream. The room was perfect—isolated for privacy, with a stunning view (Pool and Entertainment Area). The restaurant and facilities were exceptional, and the hotel’s location was ideal for me. The pools and overall design of the hotel added to the experience, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The supportive staff were present everywhere, making our stay even more enjoyable. I am still amazed at the value for money; this is a 7-star hotel offered at the price of a 3 or 4-star establishment. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable, with a special shoutout to Mr. Ramesh for his unwavering support and care throughout our visit.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff is really kind and helpful. The room was excellent. The pool is great. The food has a lot of variety, really tasty and you can taste local food as well.

I had trouble with my health and the concierge was so kind to help me find which hospital and when to go. it was very helpful.

This hotel deserves the highest score, everything is perfect, the rooms are super large, the pool is cozy and the restaurants are super of quality, The employees are super friendly. who is not satisfied in this hotel they are better stay at home.

I did have a minor issue with a taxi driver during my stay, but I was truly impressed by how the hotel team handled the situation. They stood in for me, took immediate action, and worked quickly to resolve the issue. What really stood out was how they kept checking in on me afterward to make sure I was okay, which made me feel valued and cared for. The breakfast buffet was also incredible—such a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.

What was meant to be a little treat as a part of my layover in Doha turned into a genuinely memorable experience. From the moment I stepped in (even though it was quite late due to a delayed flight), I felt very welcome. I received a warm reception at the front desk, which made the check-in process very smooth and enjoyable. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, spotlessly clean, and clearly thoughtfully designed. Floor-to-ceiling windows brought in a lot of natural light, while the lighting and curtains controls were all conveniently located right next to the bed. Abundant storage space, universal power outlets, and a large table all added an extra layer of comfort. The bathroom was also impressively large and luxurious and included high-quality amenities. Special mention must go to the housekeeping team, whose clear attention to detail made the room feel pristine. I can also fully recommend the breakfast, with a broad selection, freshly prepared egg meals, and excellent coffee. Staff were also consistently professional and hospitable. The concierge team was also very helpful, ready to answer questions or assist with arranging a taxi.

The Hotel and Staff can only be described as remarkable, everyone from reception, restaurant, lifeguard, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Happy staff make it a happy stay. Keep up the good work Riviera Rayaan.
