The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

Guest reviewI really liked the hotel and the Accomadation . Needed a late check out and really appreciated Younis in trying to help although it was only an extra hour . Also the hotel was happy to help us store our bags and offers us use of the gym and showers . The pool area was really nice and gym was top notch .

Guest reviewHotel is very clean. Big room for twin bed. Smells so good everywhere and the staff are all accommodating. We didn't try the pool bec of the weather but they do have warm water and amazing view on the rooftop! Tried to cap off our stay by sipping tea with that serene view 🥰 We tried as well the restaurant for buffet and all the staff are very, very nice. Kudos to the chef!!! Everything is superb!
