Guest reviewSuper nice hosts, we had very late check in and they made it possible. Hotel owners are a super nice family and you feel right at home. The hotel is right in the center of cilaos and breakfast is great with lots of fresh fruits! We will definitely come back if we have the occasion!

Guest reviewThe room was comfortable and clean. The lobby and the bar have a very cozy and comfy design. What really stands out is the excellent customer service we had. Jeremy was very attentive and came across as an amazing hotelier, mastering the full value chain of the business from F&B, reception, housekeeping...etc. The lady at the restaurant in the evening (the one wearing reading glasses and with curly hair) and the waiter at breakfast ( - sorry i cannot remember their name) did everything they could to make our breakfasts and dinners enjoyable. The food was scrumptious... hats off to the Chef. Thank you to all the staff.
