Matthew ( Matthau) was an excellent host . The room was very clean and new , very close to the volcano for an early hiking start , gave us recs for eating for dinner . couldn’t fault at all . perfect

Le Palme has to be the best hotel in La Reunion. Without being pretentious, the staff are unwaveringly friendly, welcoming and professional. Everyone from maitre d’ to gardeners greets you and makes you feel genuinely welcome and valued. The food is exceptional, I recommend half-board and just stay here. I loved the pools, and jacuzzi, the hamman was my temple, and gym very good. Views of the ocean are spectacular.

We stayed at this hotel for some nights and it was great. Very well located, super clean, a useful kitchen, air conditioning inside the rooms, cozy terrace and the owner were super kind and friendly!

Friendly staff, great location for a few days to explore the area. Our ocean view room was very comfortable and the views from the balcony, amazing. Several restaurants available a minute walk from the hotel, good holiday vibes. We had a great stay in Boucan Canot.

Super nice hosts, we had very late check in and they made it possible. Hotel owners are a super nice family and you feel right at home. The hotel is right in the center of cilaos and breakfast is great with lots of fresh fruits! We will definitely come back if we have the occasion!

Relaxing couple of days by the ocean to start our trip to La Réunion.

The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby and the bar have a very cozy and comfy design. What really stands out is the excellent customer service we had. Jeremy was very attentive and came across as an amazing hotelier, mastering the full value chain of the business from F&B, reception, housekeeping...etc. The lady at the restaurant in the evening (the one wearing reading glasses and with curly hair) and the waiter at breakfast ( - sorry i cannot remember their name) did everything they could to make our breakfasts and dinners enjoyable. The food was scrumptious... hats off to the Chef. Thank you to all the staff.

The room was comfortable, clean and had nice interior design. We especially loved the balcony with its comfy lounge sofa to enjoy the view and watch the birds. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and feels like a little tropical oasis, where the rooms are arranged around the pool area. Like everything else, the pool looks beautiful, is kept impeccably clean, and is heated to a very pleasant temperature - both refreshing when it's warm, and not too cold for a morning swim. Staff are all lovely and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent with a nice selection of dishes and drinks. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner here. They also have very interesting complementary lemonades for guests during the day at reception - haven't had the same twice during our 10 days stay.
