Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the top-notch facilities, truly sets it apart. During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on me. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the staff and management. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The place is the best in whole Saudi Arabia!! Most importantly the staff are exceptional and very very welcoming (ثائر و حقازي) best in the business!!

Customer service is a fundamental aspect of this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Al Bandari Al Harbi, who exemplifies excellence in customer service. She consistently demonstrates politeness, professionalism, and a commitment to going the extra mile. Ms. Al Harbi assisted me with my reservation, encouraged me to inspect the room, and advised me to report any issues that fell short of my expectations. Additionally, she provided complimentary coffee courtesy of the hotel and explained how the taxi and Uber systems operate. I have no complaints regarding my experience. I commend the hotel management for choosing to employ such a customer-oriented individual, who undoubtedly deserves recognition as a leader in customer service.

Absolutely everything about this place is 5 star. The staff are amazing and create a wonderful vibe and extremely helpful and caring. The food is fantastic and the setting is like paradise. A special thank you to Reagan for looking after us during our stay. To Javed and Kaoutar for setting up our amazing beach surprise. The management and staff at the beach club and the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast club for showing their exceptional service and making us feel at home and welcome. Everyone we met was so kind and that for me makes the stay even more memorable. The best 5 star resort I’ve ever stayed and it will take a lot of effort to compete with The St Regis. Modelled as a traditional Arab village, the ambiance was wonderful and really differentiated the hotel from most others. A very comfortable boutique hotel. The Spa was also great and the staff could not have been more welcoming.
