Very nice stay and staff especially "Ms Guida" at the reception .. hotel location very good and near to air Port.. The atmosphere of the restaurant on the sixth floor is wonderful and calm.

Location/ Customer Service

Customer service is a fundamental aspect of this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Al Bandari Al Harbi, who exemplifies excellence in customer service. She consistently demonstrates politeness, professionalism, and a commitment to going the extra mile. Ms. Al Harbi assisted me with my reservation, encouraged me to inspect the room, and advised me to report any issues that fell short of my expectations. Additionally, she provided complimentary coffee courtesy of the hotel and explained how the taxi and Uber systems operate. I have no complaints regarding my experience. I commend the hotel management for choosing to employ such a customer-oriented individual, who undoubtedly deserves recognition as a leader in customer service.

Incredible experience. Very nice hotel and the staff males you feel like at home. Special mention to Sri, Vilki, Joury and Mindo who treated me like family. Certainly I’ll be back to this hotel when in Riyadh

Absolutely everything about this place is 5 star. The staff are amazing and create a wonderful vibe and extremely helpful and caring. The food is fantastic and the setting is like paradise. A special thank you to Reagan for looking after us during our stay. To Javed and Kaoutar for setting up our amazing beach surprise. The management and staff at the beach club and the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast club for showing their exceptional service and making us feel at home and welcome. Everyone we met was so kind and that for me makes the stay even more memorable. The best 5 star resort I’ve ever stayed and it will take a lot of effort to compete with The St Regis. Thanks again and we will most definitely return ❤️

The staff at Banan were excellent. Mr Ibrahim went above and beyond to cater to our needs and was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be booking again.

The cleanliness , the staff Mr MD Shamim , Khalil assistants is good and fast the front desk Mr Moied and Manager MR Ebrahim They ensured stay was comfortable with welcoming Saudi Coffee

It was (I believe) my 15th time staying at Braira Qurtubah and it always feels like home when I stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is very good. And even during Ramandan they provide a good breakfast in the room (for people who don't do fasting). Private parking at the hotel feels safe. Location of the hotel is just perfect. Short drive from the airport and easy location to drive from to other parts of Riyadh. I will be back soon.
