It was a dream come true with regards to remote location in the Arctic, the views, the sunrises and the hotel itself. The staff went above and beyond to do everything for me. The sauna facilities were small but excellent with hottubs overlooking the lake, absolute stunning. The spa treatments were relaxing and heartwarming. The food was very high standard and fantastic wine pairings, both Swedish wines and imports. They also made great cocktails;-)

A magic experience in Gothenburg! Dorsia Hotel & Restaurant – theatrical glamour where you are treated like royalty! Dorsia may be an exclusive boutique hotel, but it feels more like a palace as you could see on my attached photos. The storybook-style is really impressive! Each room is different. Our cool room (no 303) was very well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want and plenty of towels. Scrupulously clean and perhaps the most comfortable bed for any hotel I have visited! The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Having visited some of the Worlds' finest hotels, I can confidently say that Dorsia ranks among the greatest. Dorsia is member of “Small luxury hotels of the world” for a reason. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Dorsia and keep up the hard work I know it is to keep a high service level like this! Are you looking for a magic experience in Gothenburg – Dorsia is the one you are looking for. It is not cheap, but you get good value for money! Highly recommended! The hotel was peaceful and relaxing from the moment we entered - with calm, classical music and a warm welcome. We were shown the hotel amenities, garden, breakfast room, lounge area & bar followed by taken to our room. The room was clean and cosy with a lovely comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom & large bath for a relaxing soak after a full day out : ) We felt well looked after. Thank you to the welcome staff and all the team for making it a special stay.

I loved the design and the rooms, super comfortable and was upgraded to a room with a bath, very welcomed after some days hiking. The breakfast was outstanding, with a very friendly staff member meeting the needs of her clients.
