Well trained and "over-kindly" staff, cozy environment, everything to make you to want to go back again and again. I would not miss a chance, if I have any, to stay in this hotel again. First of all when you say don’t judge a book by it’s cover-This hotel comes to mind The outside is simple yet welcoming The indoor though is incredible and overwhelming Great pool I want to say a huge thank you to the staff in the pool bar-always with a smile and happy to help Great gym that is open 24/7 And the location is awesome close to 2 malls and close to Orchard rd. And Marina bay The entire hotel staff are super nice We had a problem and needed a later check out and they approved immediately Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Staff were friendly and helpful we dropped our bags there a couple hours before 3pm check in. Room was spacious and clean and well equipped much bigger than other rooms we stayed in Singapore at similar prices. Edmar was lovely to deal with and Nica and Cora were very helpful on WhatsApp even offered to hold onto our bags until 6pm after our 11am checkout.
