Where do i start? The cleanliness, the beautiful contemporary yet warn decor, the exceptional castle view, the perfect location but first and foremost the kindest , friendliest and classiest team i ve seen in the latest years. We stayed at this marvellous hotel for a friend s meetup and it was the best thing we could have ever done. A real treat🙏🏻 The service is always a step beyond of what you expect something that you dont find as easily anymore however much you spend on a stay. The reception team is incredible ; so young yet so talented ;they love what they do and they care deeply for their guest s comfort and relax. İ d also like to add they organised a private tour to lake Bled and tge Postojna cave and castle and an airport transfer for us and that was so amazing as well. Same impecable treatment. Thank you so very much for making our stay special , we ll make sure to visit your beatiful city and country wirh our families again 🙏🏻Nasvidenje!

Everything, design, hospitality, quality of food

the accommodation was in a wonderful, clean mountain environment. they welcomed us warmly and with homemade liquor. the staff was so nice and helpful, they really helped us with everything. at the reception you can buy homemade jams and some meat products. the small restaurant on the ground floor is very cozy, you can have good food and drinks there. the room will take your breath away with its view. everything is clean, the bed is comfortable. at breakfast you are treated like a king, you can choose from homemade products, meat, salami, yogurts and homemade jams, etc. I was very pleased with the fresh croissants. They have an amazing dog Tami - we played with her every day. this hotel will leave you with a wonderful pleasant feeling, you won't want to leave. we will definitely come back here again

The staff were so helpful, guided us to every restaurant, and each was amazing. The central location, the amazing breakfast, excellent wine and cocktails. Very quiet comfortable room with super air conditioning. The added comfort of a jacuzzi and sauna was super. Evening wine night cap on the outside terrace in the heat of a balmy evening was always the perfect way to finish an Izola Day.

During summer we were already in Ljubljana and noticed the hotel which has great reviews, so we decided to celebrate my 50th birthday there. The reviews - even so they're great - don't do the hotel justice as it just exceeds expectations. The overall experience was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our romantic stay a special experience. Every room has it's own story and is lovely designed. The breakfast matches the fantastic service. We also tried the tasting menu and the young chef is very talented and upcoming. It was delicious. Thanks again for an unforgettable weekend to Robert and the Team at Hotel Zlata Ladjica.

What a lovely experience to stay in a renovated castle. The room was amazing, so spacious, clean and luxurious. Very kind hosts who made us feel very welcome. We were able to store our bicycles securely overnight. The breakfast was fantastic and we sat eating it looking over the river. Would highly recommend staying.

Great hosts, very helpful, friendly. Best breakfast ever. Nice family room. They have a nice playroom for kids, where they can hide away from parents. :)

Everything was wonderful. Our entire stay here was flawless. We will come back for sure!

The room was amazing, the spa was fantastic, and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, they even booked us dinner in a restaurant that was already fully booked
