Great location, cozy place, spent here around 3 days, the entire stay was great, from services to food.

Summarize the feelings wasb perfect. Stuff was friendly. Breakfast more than perfect. Enviroment is beauty place. All things helps for feeling good. Its recommended place. I was here second time under 1 week.

Excellent service and very nice staff Escellent SPA. Such a long Swimming pool in a Boutique hotel, very rare. Very clean and confortable rooms, beatufully furnished. Fandtastic experience.

Brand new property, excellent wellness and pool, staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. Hotel is close to the Paradise National park, so we could leave the car at the hotel and walk into the park via a separate trail. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of healthy options. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice castle hotel with wellness possibilities. The historic building has been beautifully renovated and the castle park has also been tidied up. We had a nice walk in the romantic park. The staff is really professional and very kind.

Since we live in the countryside we realky like and encourage rural tourism. The location is nice, but the facility is absolutely beautiful. Everything perfect to the smallest detail, very clean and made with good taste.

Everything at the hotel was perfect, beds, bath, lots of hot water, impeccable service, toiletries were special, towels fluffy, carpet soft under your feet, very pretty street. The breakfast was beautiful. BUT... The most important thing you must do while you are there is to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Lunch outside on the deck would be perfect but indoors at dinner time is also a great option as their dining room has the perfect atmosphere. The food is some of the most delicious I have tasted - they must have a pretty amazing chef there. The service was absolutely perfect. The wine list was fab. The only improvement I would suggest is that the desserts did not measure up to the rest of the menu (possibly because the rest of the menu was just nothing short of amazing).

I haven't been so pleasantly surprised at a Slovakian hotel in a long time. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, the room was beautifully new and spacious with a large balcony, and great for dogs. Restaurants with good food, the breakfast was rich, and the quality was at the level of more than a 3-star hotel. There was a diverse and well-chosen selection of wine to choose from. and It was close to nature, right on the slopes. The off-season price is really favorable.

Home away from home sums it up well. The room we had was beautifully designed with incredible view of the lake. Every detail was taken into consideration with impeccable taste. They provided our son with a set of 2 robes as they weren't sure of his exact size! We got also a welcome gift of some sweets for our son, fruit and wine and complimentary bottles of water which were replaced when preparing the room for us before going to bed. We also had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant accompanied with good Slovakian wine with children's cutlery for our son! Very attentive staff and beautiful spa with a view to the lake!
