Fantastic place to stay, and great value for what it is. Not a lot to do up against the mountains but that is the point, you come here to chill and unwind. The villas are all separate from each other so plenty of privacy and most noise comes from the landscaped stream, frogs and birds and not from other sources. We went in the low season so there was low occupancy at the time and we barely saw other guests. Bathroom is huge and has rain shower and full size bath. Water very hot if you need it. Very kind and friendly hosts who took us to local markets and hot Springs all which i recommend. There is a nice Cafe with view 400m up a steep hill nearby and another opening downhill on the 25th July, im advised by the owners. An excellent stay, highly recommended. Very luxurious and beautiful. Everything is brand new. Absolutely recommend to stay here, if you are looking for a private comfortable luxury stay at a good price. Also, staff at reception is very helpful and kind.

Johnny and his staff were super accommodating throughout my whole trip. The grounds of the resort are so well cared for and it is rare to see a resort with a variety of sporting facilities. It was just the right place as I travelled to Mae Teng for a race in the national park. Thank you!

Truly a paradise. The scenery on the way up to the accommodation is amazing. Lots of beautiful nature. We were welcomed by the hosts and brought to our room. The room is very clean, modern and very nice. The outside area has a big jacuzzi and lovely garden set where you can sit and enjoy the view. The hosts brought us an afternoon tea, which was absolutely delicious. Some fresh jasmine tea and fresh fruits, with sweet pastries. Our dinner was an original “Akka” dinner, which is a Thai tribe from this area. It was amazing. We woke up to a beautiful view of the mountains and clouds with a wonderful breakfast. Easily the best experience we’ve had in Thailand, maybe even the best experience we’ve had anywhere. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We stayed for 3 nights, Mr Ping was awesome with free transfer to hotel both ways, and had motorbikes for hire too! Great pool, and loved the cats visiting whenever we sat on the terrace. Location was really good, only a couple of mins from the main road thru Ban Tai area, plenty of options to eat out, we chose the fairly new Night Market on our last night and had awesome food, I can highly recommend the Lasagne from Monna Lisa 😀 The only thing that I would add to the room is glasses for drinking and another bowl as there was only one, but that's nothing really, all good 👍

The rooms are gorgeously decorated in style, nice and brand new and every single detail the owners have put thought and effort into making the place look perfect. The gardens were stunning with tropical plants everywhere. My favorite was the pool area. I can stay there the whole day with my book and great cocktail from the hotel , totally relaxing and enjoy. The staff members are nice,professional and friendly.

The hotel is new, very well furnished with spacious rooms. and very confortabile bed. Staff is really kind and the kitchen Is very good as well.
