Very nice, safe and quite place. The room is very stylish with private swimming pool and with beautiful walking area around . The bed and pillows are high quality and very comfortable. I had very nice sleeping there .. And i want to say about amazing and very kind owners there . Who are running this place . They are 2 young men and their father. They are all very kind and helping with everything you need .. I really love this place. And diffinitly recommend to everyone who likes quite life with nice songs of the birds in the morning 😊.. And you can go to any beach or any other areas in Hua Hin .. Just 15-20 min by taxi.. .. I used Bolt taxi .. it was very easy for me to get everywhere. For food delivery I also used apps Food Panda or Grab

Outstanding location with the most amazing views over the canyon ,cliffs and waterfall. Waterfall pretty spectacular. Possibly the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in . Room fairly minimalist but with the view it was perfect. Staff very friendly ,helpful and cheerful. Food good and freshly prepared.

One of those places to which you want to change your travel plans only to visit them again. Lovely Thai / English couple of owners picked us up from the airport late at night, from an hour delayed flight. Homestay is located close to the airport which luckily is not very busy, so you don't have to worry about the planes flying above your head all day and night. The resort inside looks like a little green oasis. Rooms and everything you see is squeaky clean, surrounded by beautiful lush gardens, with hammocks hanging free to use. Mem was kind enough to just borrow us her scooter and recommended the best scenic route, bar, cafe and breakfast places around. Nearby are empty picturesque beaches with not many tourists and little islands you can explore with one-day boat trips.

Fantastic place to stay, and great value for what it is. Not a lot to do up against the mountains but that is the point, you come here to chill and unwind. The villas are all separate from each other so plenty of privacy and most noise comes from the landscaped stream, frogs and birds and not from other sources. We went in the low season so there was low occupancy at the time and we barely saw other guests. Bathroom is huge and has rain shower and full size bath. Water very hot if you need it. Very kind and friendly hosts who took us to local markets and hot Springs all which i recommend. There is a nice Cafe with view 400m up a steep hill nearby and another opening downhill on the 25th July, im advised by the owners. An excellent stay, highly recommended. I had initially booked at this property for a night. It's a really big property and the room was overlooking a football field. Being a football I loved it and also there was a match going on while I was there so I had the opportunity to watch a bit of the match as well.Guess what I loved it. I ended up staying for two nights. It's very peaceful out there and I ate all my meals at the cafe inside which was again great food. The manager Jan along with all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there on my way back.

This was the perfect place to stay in the mountains of Chiang Rai. The hosts were so lovely, a special thank you to Fon who was always happy to help and so prompt with any questions I had. She had also helped arrange my taxi to and from the venue which was such a great help. The afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast was very well prepared and very delicious. The room was spacious and the views of the sunset and sunrise were so beautiful. The hot tub on the balcony was also so pleasant to be in after sunset and just watch the city light up. It really was the perfect spot to relax and escape from the everyday hustle. Great hosts and an amazing stay, I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is new, very well furnished with spacious rooms. and very confortabile bed. Staff is really kind and the kitchen Is very good as well.

Everything was just perfect! The room was huge, the breakfast delicious and the staff very attentive. The location was near a lot of shops and restaurants and a qalking distance from the temples

Very welcoming and friendly owners. The facilities were brand new, very finished and clean. Very calm and surrounded by a beautiful garden.
