Outstanding location with the most amazing views over the canyon ,cliffs and waterfall. Waterfall pretty spectacular. Possibly the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in . Room fairly minimalist but with the view it was perfect. Staff very friendly ,helpful and cheerful. Food good and freshly prepared.

Fantastic place to stay, and great value for what it is. Not a lot to do up against the mountains but that is the point, you come here to chill and unwind. The villas are all separate from each other so plenty of privacy and most noise comes from the landscaped stream, frogs and birds and not from other sources. We went in the low season so there was low occupancy at the time and we barely saw other guests. Bathroom is huge and has rain shower and full size bath. Water very hot if you need it. Very kind and friendly hosts who took us to local markets and hot Springs all which i recommend. There is a nice Cafe with view 400m up a steep hill nearby and another opening downhill on the 25th July, im advised by the owners. An excellent stay, highly recommended. Very nice, safe and quite place. The room is very stylish with private swimming pool and with beautiful walking area around . The bed and pillows are high quality and very comfortable. I had very nice sleeping there .. And i want to say about amazing and very kind owners there . Who are running this place . They are 2 young men and their father. They are all very kind and helping with everything you need .. I really love this place. And diffinitly recommend to everyone who likes quite life with nice songs of the birds in the morning 😊.. And you can go to any beach or any other areas in Hua Hin .. Just 15-20 min by taxi.. .. I used Bolt taxi .. it was very easy for me to get everywhere. For food delivery I also used apps Food Panda or Grab

The place is just perfect for what we needed and the hosts were very helpful and responsive and we had a great communication. The place is clean and comfortable, the location is quiet and close to the airport, one non stop market and various local restaurants. I wish we could stay longer. Great value for money, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Beautiful, well-maintained property with friendly staff.

Johnny and his staff were super accommodating throughout my whole trip. The grounds of the resort are so well cared for and it is rare to see a resort with a variety of sporting facilities. It was just the right place as I travelled to Mae Teng for a race in the national park. Thank you!

We loved the place, the room, the dinner, our very nice host. Also the adventureous drive up on the mountain! The whole experience was incredible and that beautiful view... Sitting in the jacuzzi after dark and watching the flashes as they are coming towards you in the distance.

Everything was amazing, we really enjoyed staying here. Very nice and helpful personnel, they fixed any issues very quickly, were always ready to help with advice and just to have nice talks: when we checked in we immediately got all helpful information including market place and working time, recommendations for eating places for different occasions etc etc. Room was great: comfortable bed and pillows, good enough space, small kitchen (we didn’t cook but it was definitely possible, it was very handy to be able to cut fruits, make toasts or tea etc). Air conditioning worked great in a room. On a balcony we had bed and table with chairs, it was nice spending time there under the ventilator. I was amazed by cleaning standards, room was cleaned very good everyday and we got clean towels (including beach towels) every day, almost always we were coming back from breakfast to clean room already. Laundry service was efficient and affordable. Hotel is located in very close walking distance (3-7 minutes) to everything: variety of cafe/restaurants, supermarket, 7eleven, market, beach. There is also swimming pool in a hotel, it is small but nice. Overall: we were very happy that we chose to stay here, nice and quiet place with everything needed nearby.
