Guest reviewEnglish and russian speaking,very kind and very helpful staff. Accompanied us also to OVIR to help with the obligatory registration. Room was very nice, new and clean. Excelent location close to airport. 24h reception, we had no problem to check-in at 3 a.m.

Guest reviewThe hotel was great! I always like to stay high in the building and was also this time given a room higher up (the whole hotel is high up, though). Great view from the window. Breakfast cost extra - not much, but was great. Easy access to everywhere. The staff was very helpful and flexible.

Guest reviewThe staff definitely belongs to the best I have ever experienced. We had many questions and the Mr. at the reception was kindly answering us and giving us tips for places where to go. His English was great so the communication was very smooth. Without those tips, our stay wouldn't have been so enjoyable. The rooms themselves are on European 4-star standards, everything is clean and modern. In walking distance, there are many restaurants and monuments.
