Mehmed and Medeni were amazing!! We were extremely satisfied with our stay, beautiful and clean hotel, designed so nicely. Amazing value for money. The staff was so kind and helpful, best we ever had. They offer us advice and did everything we asked for (additional pillows etc) nothing was the problem for them. We would most definitelt stay here again and are looking forward to it! I hope the same staff will also be present to meet them again when we return soon :)

We visited Istanbul in June and were very pleased with the trip, especially with the hotel where we stayed. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. We felt care and professionalism in every detail. We were very satisfied with the breakfast that was served there – you could find everything you could wish for. The location is fantastic, with a view of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. The room was fresh and well-cleaned every day when we returned from our walks. We were offered coffee and tea every time we entered the hotel. Highly recommended! 🙂

We loved everything about this boutique hotel! Both the room and bathroom were tastefully decorated, spacious, immaculately clean , with a huge comfy bed and lovely outlook. The courtyard is so tranquil , with soft music playing everyday. Was lovely in the afternoon with a glass of wine and a plate with olives , cheeses, crackers and bread that was available. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there was always a freshly baked cake to help yourself to during the day, along with Turkish tea and coffee etc The owner is (as are all the staff) so incredibly friendly and welcoming , without being at all intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful in organising a superb guide for us with only one days notice.

We would highly recommend Doruk Palas hotel to everyone planning visit Istanbul. The special thanks to all hotel staff which is exceptionally friendly and accommodating! The location is tranquil, conveniently situated next to a metro & tram stop, only 15 min. from Taksim square. It’s incredibly easy to access the city center, grand and egyptian bazaar, all is in walking distance. The room was tidy, clean and well-maintained. We recommend room with sea view! The breakfast was simply but very tasty. We would be very happy to stay at the Doruk Palas hotel on our next visit of Istanbul! Very highly recommended! Five stars!!

Our stay was so, so wonderful. The staff, location, rooms, and food (literally everything) could not be faulted. The room itself had great aircon (even though the way the rooms are built of stone keeps them cool). The wifi was never below full bars. There was heaps of light in the rooms with windows if you wanted to open them. There is a rooftop terrace with a beautiful setup for photos and relaxing. The pool was so refreshing and you can use it whenever you want. There are loads of sun umbrellas, if like me and my partner, you are sun conscious. But it is the people that really push this place into unforgettable. Murat helped us with organizing a balloon ride, and it was the best location and price. They helped us with organizing shuttles, dinner recommendations, scooter recommendations, where to watch sunset. They made us feel so welcome and looked after. Offered cold drinks when poolside, Turkish coffee in mornings. We felt like royalty. But we saw they just treat all their guests this way. Not ever pushy but always available. Could not fault this place if I tried.

We had a wonderful stay at 4 Room Cave Hotel, a charming family-run hotel that truly made our experience in Cappadocia special. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the region, which made it easy to explore the area. The place itself is lovely. Our room was comfortable and cozy. The brekfast was good every morning. But what really stood out and made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive to every detail. They organized all our activities efficiently and always with a smile. They also answered very quickly to all the messages and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local spots, making sure we had the best possible experience throughout our stay. Their dedication and personal touch made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. Everything we needed or asked for, they handled with care and kindness. It really exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended : we would definitely come back!
