Very nice and clean with its own styling. Good location on a moderate hill gives pleasant view on Kaş and still it is close to the center and not too hard to go down and then up. Some rooms are with a bath inside. Breakfast is good

Immediately on arrival the manager greeted us and offered us a welcome drink . Everyone was so friendly and helpful with check in and advising about the facilities of the hotel as well as giving maps and details etc of surroundings

I highly recommend staying at the Akanthus Hotel near Ephesus. Not only do they serve a mouthwatering Turkish breakfast, but their staff goes above and beyond to make us feel like a part of their own family. The facilities are top-notch, with everything being new and well maintained. It's the perfect place to relax and explore the wonders of Ephesus while enjoying the warm hospitality of this wonderful hotel. I will definitely visit it again in the future.

Staaf arw super nice and helpful, the breakfast was nice. The hotel is clean and the view is really good.

It is brand new and built with thought. The views on sea view villas are spectacular over to the village and the sea. There is peace and it is still located on the very heart of Turunc village. The breakfast was superb with everything you could ask for. The chef was there to make your wishes come true and there was a different variety of fruits for the whole family also. This was a perfect getaway and we are so glad we decided to look around and not book any place in Marmaris. It is easy enough to get there, but in the end, we only went there once and left within 2 hours. The owner is present at Z-Villas and the people working for him are the most hospitable people you could find. Definitely worth a second visit sometime in the future!

The hosts were amazing, so helpful. They tried to please us every single time. I also like the fact that you could see the ballons in the morning from the terrace, and the cleanliness of the rooms. We also loved Mila 🐶💕
