Excellent dinner and breakfast.

I have received a service like a king (or rather sultan!). The staff went way above the usual service to make my stay great. And they succeeded in 100%. The room is big and comfortable. Everything is brand new and clean. Very fast internet connection and easy to log in. Hotal is located about 8 - 10 minutes walk to Egiptian Bazaar, 20 - 25 minutes walk to Grand Bazaar and 1 minute to the train station. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a complementary drink and some Turkish delight sweets. I was given better room than booked (with a vew to the sea). I was offered late check-out (2 hours extra) free of charge. After collecting the luggage store room (a few hours after the checkout) I was offered free tea from the hotel. My taxi could not arrive to the hotel (Friday traffic), so a person from the hotel took my luggage, carried that himself and walked with me a couple of minutes to find a taxi. What a great service!

Extremely nice staff. The hotel is like new, everything is very clean, the breakfast is great and the view from the terrace is amazing.

The hospitality of the people at this hotel was excellent. Initially we had booked a family room on the ground floor but they upgraded us to a Sea view room on the third floor free of charge. They were very considerate and gave us a free bottle of water at reception when we left each morning. (Even though they also left a new bottle of water in our room every day). They also gave us information on good restaurants in the hotel vicinity and made reservations on our behalf. The hotel was in a very convenient location, walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which was great for sightseeing. We will come back here again!

The breakfast was a very delicious, had many choices, eggs made to order!, friendly/helpful staff, great coffee (two choices), had both orange and apple juice, fresh fruit, was conveniently located right near my room, the room had three bottles of free water, comfortable, big bed, big screen TV, a nice kettle to boil water, coffee and tea packets, great lighting in my room and in the bathroom, excellent shower with soap, shampoo, & conditioner provided, and had a desk.

I can’t explain this hotel well with my not good english but I know this hotel is not enough to explain just word ‘good’. Staffs are kind, breakfast is good and much quantity. Room is so cozy. If you want to see the beautiful panoramic hot air balloons, then this hotel is a perfect choice I bet. You can take perfect pictures from your private balcony or hotel’s own cafe. Anyway, in short, this hotel gonna be a nice choice. Specially thanks to kind staffs😄

The rooms were spotless, comfortable and had beautiful views. Breakfast was amazing but the best part was the staff. As a family hotel, the service was outstanding and we were given excellent recommendations. Amir was so attentive and helpful. Lovely hotel and staff. Brilliant location in a gorgeous area.

The staff is very friendly and nice. The breakfasts are delicious, the area is beautiful and well maintained, the beach is clean. The owner of the hotel is attentive and helpful. We liked everything very much and recommend it to everyone.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, lots of choice and delicious fresh food. The rooms are really spacious and stylish. The staff: Furkan, Sencer, Ali, Yasemin and Rohan were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Ayazma Cave Hotel.

The hotel is newly built and everything was up to standard. The room was very large. The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and does not try to push you to book tours with them. The hotel is quiet and peaceful.
