We recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new hotel “Haci Bayram”, and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, always with a friendly smile.Concerning the cleanliness the hotel is impeccable and every corner is scented and you can really tell that great care has been taken in maintaining the space. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top experience Istanbul. The combination of attentive service, cleanliness, and beautiful views makes it a standout choice. We will definitely come back if we return in Istanbul

Property location can’t get any better than this- walking distance to major attractions/ restaurants / grocery near-by. Hospitality is superb - always a delight to return for the day, staff at reception and at breakfast are courteous, friendly and always willing to help. Good selection at breakfast and delicious crepes. Very clean rooms and nice lighting. Love the welcome drink!

Wonderful, newly built boutique hotel with massive stone walls, service-minded hosts, beautiful location close to many souvenirshops, restaurants and cafes, generous breakfast.

lovely place homy with an artsy atmosphere and great vibe, amazing hospitality. we stayed in the bigger room on top floor with a terrace to see the mountains and sunset. Fantastic breakfast as well. Absolute highlight of our road trip in Turkey!

The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, with many shops and cafés lining the streets. The front office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though we checked in around 2 AM. A special shoutout to Mr. Kadir, who reached out to me before my stay to generously upgrade my room to a larger one with a sea-view balcony—at no extra cost! During our stay, the hotel also surprised my husband and me with a lovely fruit plate, which we truly enjoyed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul! ☺️

One of the best hotels in Göreme city in this price ! Nice stuff ,nice and helpful receptionist ! Good place clean and they host us nicely! Very beautiful view to the city!

We spent 5 wondeful days in Z-Villas. We had made a reservation for 3 days and stayed for 5. If we had more time we would have stayed longer.😊 Everything was perfect. We were two families and our reservation was for a semi-detached villa with a pool. However, when we arrived we decided that we would feel more comfortable in private villas and asked for an upgrade. It was very kind of the hosts to provide us with two separate villas with pool and sea view. We are grateful and appreciate the gesture. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning. The place is beautiful.The complex is located in the small village Turinc, about 20 km. from Marmaris. It is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay. Most villas have a private pool and sea view. The furniture is pleasant and comfortable. It is very clean and tidy. There is plenty of greenery and beautifully landscaped common spaces. We really liked that the common spaces (restaurant, main pool, beach, etc.) are separated from the sleeping and relaxing areas. The villas are located on the height of the hill, with a wonderful sea view, and the common areas are close to the coast. This provides guests with maximum comfort and the opportunity for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Buggy travel is provided between the two areas. The breakfast was very tasty. It is served in a pleasant and calm environment around the main pool, individually for each guest (much better than the usual noise and commotion around a buffet table, etc.). Lunch and dinner are available in the a la carte restaurant. There are also quite good restaurants nearby with a variety of food (seafood, traditional Turkish and Western). The area has enough places for entertainment. You can rent a boat or visit the neighboring beautiful villages. The complex has its own small beach. Very clean and equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, towels and everything you need. But this beautiful place would be nothing without the people who take care of it.
