The hotel is located only a short walk to Selcuk city center and ca. 5 min. drive from Ephesus ancient city. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts went way and beyond to try to cater our every wish. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options and custom made eggs and drinks according to out wish was offered to us every morning. Water and additional soda refreshments in the mini bar were offered w/o additional cost. In addition, we were given cooled water when we went out for day trips and offered tee or coffee when we returned, all w/o additional charge. Amazing hospitality. We were able to park in front of the hotel on the not busy street, also free of charge.

Everything! It's the most beautiful little hotel I have ever seen. Room was more than comfortable. The attention to detail is incredible. They are a smoke free hotel,something we enjoyed in Turkey. Well done to them, what a gem.

Very clean hotel in the immediate proximity of main sights in Istanbul. We were offered a bigger room than the one reserved, on the lobby floor at the back, calm and pleasant, and an extra breakfast on the day we arrived. We felt being taken good care of, with all suggestions needed to benefit from our stay. Public transport, including ferries, is fine in Istanbul and you could use it (Istambulcard) for all trips you intend to do, which will save you money and allow you to be free in what to do and when. Be aware that prices in the Grand and Egiptian bazaars could be double for the same goods you buy outside the bazaars. Eating fish in one of the restaurants on Galata bridge is a good idea, but make sure you negotiate the prices in advance. They could offer you a price much below the one on the menu, there is usually 10% service in the final price included.

The location is just amazing. The hotel is situated slightly away from all the restaurants but pretty close to the view points. The view from the balcony would just make it seem like you are on the top viewing all of Goreme/Cappadocia. They also serve hot breakfast on the terrace!

Staff was very warm and friendly. Manager was exceptional in his performance. Food was delicious.

Very friendly staff. Everything was upscale and super nice. Definitely worth for the price. The hotel is very close to the town and has a great location. I highly recommend you to get the villas with pool so you can enjoy your private pool during the day or night.

We have visited over 30 countries, and the hospitality we experienced at Ayazma Cave Hotel was the best we've ever had. My husband and our 11 month old son were welcomed and cared for by the staff Sencer, Ruhan & Ali. These three gentlemen absolutely made our visit wonderful. They were so attentive, thoughtful, and kind. Nothing was a hassle and we genuinely felt like we were part of the Ayazma family. Ruhan was our night manager and was always avaliable and attentive. On our first night after 12 hours of travelling we were welcomed with a fruit platter and some wine - exactly what we needed! Sencer is a bright young man who helped us with all our tours & sight seeing. This was a tough job as all our tours needed to be baby friendly and fit in with a very jet-lagged baby. Ali cooked all our meals to perfection and made the best breakfast arrangements. I highly recommend a traditional Turkish coffee made by Ali. All three gentlemen loved our son and took time to play with him and make him laugh - this was such a big treat for us. The hotel itself is fabulous. The cleastest hotel we have stayed in by far! The room was very spacious and had the most divine bathroom! Huge shower that our son loved, heated tiles - the works! Bed was comfortable, sheets & blankets soft. Tea, coffee and water always avaliable. The hotel is less than 10 minute walk into town which was perfect for us as there was no street noise. You really feel like you're tucked away in your own Turkish sanctuary. The owners should be so proud of their wonderful staff Sencer, Ruhan and Ali - they made our stay unforgettable ❤️. We have already recommended this hotel to family who hope to visit Cappadocia.

Loved the place! Very turkish n traditional decor!! Anya, Murad and Haroon were very friendly n helpful! Breakfast was superb!! Unfortunately we couldn't have the breakfast spread the second day of our stay as we had to leave early and it opens only at 8.30. However they did prepare omelets for us which was appreciated!!
