Particular mentions to Tony who was always ready to help and share a joke and to Lazarus the manager who was so welcoming and informative. The rooms were luxurious...huge bathroom with bath, huge balcony with beautiful views, big and comfortable bed. We had full board option and the food was excellent and plentiful. Attention to detail...drink on arrival, ensure we had everything ready for gorillas trek, turn down beds with hot water bottles, fruit in room, clean shoes after the trek.. etc Location was only 10 minutes away from start of gorilla trek so extra sleep in

We had a wonderful stay at Mianzi Guest House, the rooms were simple but spacious and clean, the common area was very nice to sit in, the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. But what really stood out was the staff, Emma and his team really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay, they provided everything we needed, even joined us on our tours. We planned to stay 3 nights but ended up staying 5, i think thats telling enough how good it was :) Oh and the view of the Volcanoes in the morning is absolutely incredible!

The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The tranquility of the hotel, there are many comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the peace & quiet. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant, lunch at the Asian restaurant and breakfast at the hotel, all of which were lovely. We look forward to returning to this hotel soon

I loved my stay there. All the female staff are very welcoming, responsive, nice and friendly. I travelled for 34 straight hrs on the road, once I arrived to the Motel, they warmly welcomed me and made me feel like home. They serve delicious breakfast and lunch. The room is clean, very comfortable, and delightful. The bathroom is clean. Even the residents of the Motel are very nice and friendly. I wished I could stay more days, but I had to travel to Entibbe the next day.
