Guest reviewFive-star service. The staff, especially the receptionist Medius goes the extra mile. She went in town extra to buy a Jackfruit for me and fish for dinner. As a guest you feel very welcomed and they take care about you. And it’s all about customer service nowadays. A good location up on a hill, quiet and just 3 km in town. Very good value for money. Safe parking and security. Highly recommended.

Guest reviewThis place is truly a hidden gem! I stayed 3 days 2 nights, wish I can stay longer. What makes this place so special are the staff. From the manager (pick up me at the town and send to the resort by boat), the boatman, local guide, chef, helper and all in the resort. This resort strategic location is perfect who love quiteness and really into the nature. Trust me once you are here you dont feel like to leave. The staff will serve their best to you with smiling all time. You will feel almost like at home. Thank you so much Nyamunyonyi Lake Resort for your great hospitality. I will definitely come again!

The staff, including the owner, Mr. Lee, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and well-maintained garden, which offered a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant served great food at reasonable prices, with a variety of cuisine options. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city.
