The room was clean and spacious.

We really appreciated cool pool after driving on dusty roads. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The place was really original (especially the decoration) and clean. We enjoyed beautiful view.

I thank gorilla leisure lodge for the most exceptional hospitality and service. The team is incredibly helpful and thoughtful, the views are insane, the ambience serene and tranquil, the rooms are sparklingly clean and constantly refreshed. What a service! I highly recommend it to anyone gorilla trekking in Bwindi.

We had a wonderful stay at Mianzi Guest House, the rooms were simple but spacious and clean, the common area was very nice to sit in, the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. But what really stood out was the staff, Emma and his team really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay, they provided everything we needed, even joined us on our tours. We planned to stay 3 nights but ended up staying 5, i think thats telling enough how good it was :) Oh and the view of the Volcanoes in the morning is absolutely incredible!

Very comfortable, romantic, charming, room with a view on the river Nile. The bed and tent were comfortable and allowed for very good sleep. The setting were very pretty.

We stayed at JET Villa during our last days in Uganda, and it was the perfect place to end our trip. Nestled in a peaceful, green neighborhood, it felt like a tranquil retreat while still being within walking distance of everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better! The villa itself is cozy, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Shamim, the manager, is simply amazing—she goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. Benjamin greeted us with his warm smile and made us feel right at home. We’re also grateful to Isaac for taking such good care of us. A special thanks to Samuel, who was so helpful with his tuk-tuk. Not only did he help us get around, but on our last day, he took us to the airport early in the morning and even played music during the ride. It was such a thoughtful and fun way to end our trip—a perfect final touch! If you’re looking for a warm, easy, and welcoming place to stay, JET Villa is absolutely the place to be.

Paradise eco hub is located in a wonderful environment, but what makes this place amazing is the kindness of the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. Thank you eco hub!

Five-star service. The staff, especially the receptionist Medius goes the extra mile. She went in town extra to buy a Jackfruit for me and fish for dinner. As a guest you feel very welcomed and they take care about you. And it’s all about customer service nowadays. A good location up on a hill, quiet and just 3 km in town. Very good value for money. Safe parking and security. Highly recommended.
