The hotel has an excellent location — close to everything you need. It’s newly built, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well maintained. What really makes it special, though, is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is small, with only seven rooms, which gives it a cozy, family-like feel — and perhaps that’s why the staff are so exceptionally kind. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of the ladies even gave us a gift — fresh melon — and often brought little treats during our stay. Their hospitality is truly remarkable, far beyond what you’d normally expect. And again, the cleanliness is outstanding — everything is spotless. You can really feel the care and heart they put into this place.

Location is perfect, on quiet street but just a few steps by walking to all the places and restaurants. The Google shown us longer route everyday, before we left, we realize the short way, however on Google it's a deadend road. We should have asked the staff. Variety of breakfast, but if make some changes each day would be perfect. Room is spacious, could consider to sofa to make it more comfortable. There is sitting area outside room but could be too could I beginning Of November. The house itself was very beautiful. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the stay.

The staff went above and beyond providing incredible personal service throughout my unfortunately short stay, setting up a wonderful breakfast spread. All staff involved were attentive, considerate and kind. Value for money is unmatched here. This hotel is a main attraction for my return to Bukhara.

A brand new, authentic hotel to the slightest details. It was absolutely clean, the bathroom was modern. The air conditioning worked properly and the breakfast was delicious.The staff were friendly and helpful, we could communicate with each other in English. The venue is located right in the centre close to the sights, restaurants and bazaars.
