Well… our pre-arrival communication, offering meet and greet at the airport and complimentary transfer services, great tips for the main attractions in Samarkand and beyond, including local’s insights where and what to eat like locals were above and beyond our initial expectations. Muhammad (who happened to be hotel owner’s son) – a manager of the hotel did his best to simply offer an outstanding hospitality we could have for the first time visit to beautiful and historic city of legendary Amir Timur. Not by accident, the hotel is nicely located at the heart of the city on the street also named after the great warrior, next to Navai park, shopping center and easy to reach distance to the main attractions and historic sites. Rooms are nicely designed and decorated with historic motives, very clean and well maintained, with daily service available instantly at one’s phone call. Staff was always available, helpful and cheerful, helped us a lot with booking taxis, restaurants and providing guidance. Breakfast was really good, also including local delicacies, with fresh fruits and vegetables, even including specially delivered mountain honey and local walnuts / dried fruits. Sorfinaz (hotel’s chef) offered a great local dessert made of quince, topped with butter, honey and walnuts – an unforgettable experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Samarkand.

Veru beautiful rooms: exiting decorations in the room, beautiful ones at the regustration and an eating hall. It was feeling like staying in a museum or a small palace. The breakfast was very delicious, and the staff was very pleasand. Really nice exoerience.

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The host were incredibly welcoming and always ensured our comfort. Aziz, the friendly receptionist, perfectly spoke English and was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. During our trip through Uzbekistan we stayed in several accommodations, all of which were carefully chosen ,but this one exceeded all expectations. Our warmest thank to the host and to the hotel team!

I recently stayed at Sarhad Hotel in Bukhara and had a very positive experience. This is a new hotel, managed directly by the owners, who clearly take pride in providing excellent service to their guests. The staff were attentive throughout our stay (there were 5 of us in two rooms) and always did their best to ensure comfort and convenience. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous and tasty selection to start the day. A particularly thoughtful gesture was on the day of our early departure for Khiva: the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for the train journey, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Sarhad Hotel combines modern comfort with genuine hospitality, making it a very good choice for anyone visiting Bukhara.

the service of the staff exceptionally good especially Abdul Azeez and also Sayed. Azeez came with me to change my currency the location of which was considerably far by walk. The quiteness cleanliness friendliness of staff are superb.
