Guest reviewThe staff are very friendly. From the moment we walked in, they gave us their full attention. They gave us a tour of their beautiful museum display. Elegant! In the evening were were treated to a free glass of wine. The breakfast had a wide variety to select from. The coffee was good. We were given a free ride to the train station. Very clean hotel. Our room was big. The bed was soft(they ask you in advance if you would like a soft bed or more firm. This is a high level of detail for me! Nice!)

Guest reviewThe hotel is in a historical building recently remodeled, our room looked like the room of a palace, very spacious and comfortable, building has an interior patio, the breakfast was very good. The location its great 3 minute walk from the entrance of the historic center. The staff was very helpful specially Jack and Behruz who helped us getting to restaurants and to locate a pharmacy.

Guest reviewWe spent fantastic two days in Buchara. The hotel is spotlessly clean and it is located close to the city center and main attractions. Everything in the room was brand new. The interiors are very beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty and different each day of our stay. The staff was very helpful, even helped us with the laundry service.
